One of the most common mistakes early-stage founders make is not execution.

It is starting with the wrong idea.

Many developers can build fast. The real issue is spending weeks or months on products that never gain traction because there was no real demand to begin with. IntelLaunchpad was created to solve that exact problem.

Starting With the Wrong Problem

The idea behind IntelLaunchpad came from personal experience.

After building multiple projects that failed to gain traction, the founder realized something important. The issue was not technical ability. It was problem selection.

Instead of building solutions first, the focus needed to shift toward understanding what people actually needed. That realization became the foundation for the platform.

Turning Online Noise Into Useful Signals

Before IntelLaunchpad existed, the process was manual. It involved going through Reddit threads, forums, and online communities to find real user complaints. While this approach worked, it was time-consuming and inconsistent.

IntelLaunchpad was built to simplify that workflow. The platform takes scattered, unstructured conversations and turns them into organized insights that founders can actually use. Instead of guessing what to build, users can start with validated pain points.

From Insight to Action

A key difference with IntelLaunchpad is how it approaches the idea stage. Many tools stop at inspiration or trend discovery. They show what might be interesting but do not help users move forward.

IntelLaunchpad focuses on action. It is designed to help users move from identifying a problem to validating it, and eventually toward building something people are already asking for.

What Makes It Stand Out

The product does not begin with ideas. It begins with problems.

This shift changes how founders approach product development. Instead of brainstorming in isolation, they can work with real-world signals from actual users.

The platform structures these signals in a way that makes them easier to analyze and act on. That reduces guesswork and helps founders make more informed decisions early on.

Built for Early-Stage Builders

IntelLaunchpad is aimed at a specific group. Developers, indie hackers, and founders who are at the very beginning. The stage where the biggest question is not how to build, but what to build.

For anyone trying to avoid wasted time and effort, having access to real problem data can significantly reduce risk.

A Feature That Defines the Product

One of the core features is the problem discovery feed.

This is where the platform pulls real complaints from online communities and turns them into structured opportunities. Instead of scrolling endlessly through posts, users get a clearer view of recurring issues that people are actively experiencing.

It turns scattered feedback into something that can guide decision-making.

Building Around Real Life Constraints

The project is being built alongside a full-time job. The founder works as a machine operator during the day and spends the remaining time improving the platform, speaking with users, and growing the product.

Recently, development has also been balanced with personal matters, including travel after a family loss. Despite that, progress continues. That context matters because it reflects how many early-stage products are actually built. Not in perfect conditions, but through consistent effort over time.

What’s Being Improved Right Now

The current focus is on making insights more actionable.

Finding problems is only the first step. The platform is evolving to help users validate those problems, reach out to potential users, and take the next steps toward launching.

The goal is to close the gap between discovery and execution.

Why This Approach Matters

Building without validation is one of the biggest risks in early-stage startups.

IntelLaunchpad addresses that by helping founders start from real demand instead of assumptions.

It does not remove all risk, but it gives users a clearer direction before they invest time into building.

Try IntelLaunchpad

If you are at the stage where you are asking “what should I build?”, this platform is designed for you.

IntelLaunchpad is built on a simple idea. Better products start with better problem selection.

JMS Logos Is Reframing Branding as an Engineering Problem for Early-Stage Founders

For most founders, branding is not a priority until it becomes a problem.

You start building, validating, and trying to get something out into the market. Then you hit a wall. The product might be ready, but the brand is not. And fixing that usually means dealing with long agency timelines, unclear deliverables, and high costs.

JMS Logos takes a different route.

Instead of treating branding as a creative service, it treats it as a system that can be built, structured, and executed quickly.

The Cost of Waiting to Launch

The idea behind JMS Logos came from a pattern the founders kept seeing.

Early-stage builders would lose momentum during what they call the “8-Month Slump.” This is the period where progress slows down, not because of lack of ideas, but because execution gets blocked by things like branding.

Agencies take time. Deliverables are often vague. And for founders trying to move fast, waiting weeks for “brand direction” is not practical. The result is delay. And in early-stage environments, delay often means lost opportunity.

From Guesswork to Structured Output

The project started at the University of Ottawa with a simple observation. Branding is usually treated as subjective. But a large part of it is actually driven by positioning, market gaps, and competitive signals.

Instead of guessing, the team approached it like an engineering problem.

They built a logic system designed to process large amounts of structured input and output a clear brand direction. Over 500 hours went into developing an engine that works through tens of thousands of tokens to generate consistent results.

The goal was not just to create visuals, but to produce something founders can act on immediately.

What the Product Actually Delivers

JMS Logos is not positioned as a logo generator.

It functions more like a technical branding engine that outputs:

A complete brand direction

Visual identity elements

A structured roadmap for launch

Positioning insights based on market data

The core product, referred to as the roadmap, is designed to act as a starting point for the first 30 days of market entry. This shifts the value from design alone to execution guidance.

Why It Stands Out

Most tools in this space focus on speed or aesthetics.

JMS Logos focuses on structure.

The key difference is the audit layer. Instead of generating random outputs, the system analyzes positioning and competitive space before producing results.

For founders, this means the output is not just something that looks good, but something that is aligned with how they enter the market.

Built for Speed-Driven Founders

The product is aimed at a specific type of user. Founders who want to move from idea to launch quickly.

If the goal is to start selling within days, not months, then waiting on traditional branding processes becomes a bottleneck. JMS Logos is built for that “Day 1” mindset where speed and clarity matter more than perfection.

The Feature That Defines It

One part of the system stands out. The Bespoke Launch Audit.

This is where the engine generates a structured strategy that would normally take a consultant significant time to produce. It connects branding decisions with actual go-to-market actions.

For the team, this is proof that structured systems can replace a large part of the manual branding process.

What Building Looks Like Right Now

Development is happening in parallel with real-world testing. The team is balancing university work while pushing the product forward. They are currently in a phase where they are actively launching demo startups to test the system across different niches.

In one instance, they deployed five startups within 24 hours to validate how the engine performs under pressure. This approach keeps the focus on output, not just theory.

What’s Next for the Engine

The current focus is on improving the depth of the system. This includes expanding the logic to incorporate more competitive data and refining how the engine analyzes positioning.

The long-term goal is to make the output comparable to having a high-level marketing strategist available on demand, but at a much lower cost.

Why This Approach Matters

Early-stage execution is often limited by time and resources.

Branding, while important, should not slow down the process.

By turning branding into a structured, repeatable system, tools like JMS Logos reduce one of the common bottlenecks founders face. It allows builders to move forward without waiting on external dependencies.

Try JMS Logos

If you are working on a new idea and want to move from concept to launch quickly, you can test the engine here:

👉 jmslogos.com

JMS Logos is built around a simple idea.

Execution improves when the process is structured.

RBIT Is Offering a More Predictable Way to Pay for Solar and Home Energy Upgrades

For many homeowners in the U.S., going solar sounds like a good investment in theory.

Lower energy bills. More independence. Long-term savings. But in practice, the decision often gets delayed. Not because people do not see the value, but because the financial side feels uncertain.

Tax credits can change. Incentives depend on policy. Payouts take time. And the process itself can be complicated.

**RBIT **is built to remove that uncertainty.

A Different Approach to Solar Incentives
RBIT is a reimbursement program that provides homeowners with immediate and predictable cashback on solar, battery, and now roofing installations.

Instead of relying on government incentives, the platform offers:

15% cashback shortly after installation

Up to 22% total reimbursement depending on structure

No tax forms or delayed credits

Compatibility with a wide range of installers

The idea is simple. Make clean energy upgrades feel like a clear financial decision, not a calculated risk.

Why the Current System Falls Short
These come with several limitations:

They can change based on political decisions

Homeowners often wait months to see the benefit

Eligibility and filing requirements add complexity

Payback timelines become harder to predict

For many homeowners, this creates hesitation. Even if the long-term value is there, the short-term uncertainty slows adoption. RBIT addresses this directly by offering a model that is not tied to those variables.

Built From Experience in Solar and Finance
The idea behind RBIT did not come from theory. It came from years of working inside the solar and financing space. With more than four decades of combined experience, the team saw how shifting policies affected adoption and how complicated the process could be for homeowners.

That led to a different approach. Instead of relying on external incentives, build a system that delivers value directly through structured reimbursements tied to the transaction itself. The result is a model designed to work regardless of policy changes.

What Makes RBIT Stand Out
RBIT focuses on three areas that matter most to homeowners.

Predictable Cashback
The core offer is a 15% reimbursement paid within 14 business days after installation and Permission to Operate.

For example, a $20,000 system could return $3,000 shortly after completion. Additional payouts may be available depending on the selected structure.

This shortens the payback period and makes the investment easier to justify.

No Dependency on Tax Credits
There are no tax forms to manage and no waiting for annual filings.

The reimbursement is not tied to government programs, which removes a major source of uncertainty.

3.** Flexible Installer Options**
Homeowners are not locked into a specific provider.

RBIT works with both approved installers and external partners, giving users more control over how they complete their projects.

Who This Is Built For

RBIT is designed for homeowners who are:

Planning to install solar or battery systems

Considering roofing upgrades alongside energy improvements

Concerned about the future of tax credits

Looking for faster financial returns on their investment

It also provides value to installers by giving them a clearer incentive to offer clients, which can help close more projects.

Early Challenges Behind the Model

Building a reimbursement system that can deliver fast and reliable payouts is not straightforward.

Early efforts focused on:

Structuring transactions to support quick reimbursements

Ensuring compliance across different scenarios

Supporting both approved and independent installers

Proving the model in a changing incentive landscape

At the same time, the company has been raising capital to support growth and scale operations.

What the Team Is Focused on Now

The current phase is about scaling and improving the platform.

Key areas include:

Streamlining the application and approval process

Expanding reimbursement options, including roofing

Growing the installer network

Strengthening internal systems to support higher volume

Alongside this, there is ongoing work in partnerships, fundraising, and outreach to both homeowners and industry players.

Why This Model Matters

The adoption of solar and home energy upgrades is closely tied to how easy and predictable the investment feels.

When incentives are unclear or delayed, fewer people move forward.

By offering a direct and stable reimbursement, RBIT changes that equation.

It removes friction from the decision and gives homeowners a clearer understanding of what they get and when they get it.

Get Started with RBIT

Homeowners can explore the program and check eligibility here:

You can also follow updates and connect with the team:

LinkedIn: @rbitfinancial

X: @RBITFinancial or @AddisonHouston6

RBIT is working toward a simple goal.

Make solar and home energy upgrades easier to commit to by making the financial side predictable.

Mortgage Modules Is Building the Missing Infrastructure for the Mortgage Note Market

Most real estate conversations revolve around property.

Buy it, flip it, rent it, or list it.

But behind every property is something most people overlook. The note. Mortgage note investing has always been an option, but access to it has been limited. Information is fragmented, deal flow is relationship-driven, and new investors often find themselves priced out before they even start.

Mortgage Modules is taking a different approach. Instead of being just another listing platform, it is positioning itself as the infrastructure layer for the secondary mortgage note market.

A Market Built on Friction

The idea did not start from theory. It came from trying to enter the space without the usual advantages.

While learning note investing, the founder ran into two immediate barriers. Education was locked behind expensive courses, and actual deal flow was controlled by a small network of brokers and connections.

Rather than follow the usual path, they built their own learning system using AI. A full curriculum with modules, quizzes, and structured training. That process revealed a deeper issue.

The problem was not just access to knowledge. The market itself was inefficient.

Data passed through multiple intermediaries

Buyers were often unverified

Sellers dealt with wasted time

Pricing lacked transparency

Most of the workflow relied on spreadsheets and private networks

From a tech perspective, it was clear. The space lacked infrastructure.

Building a Marketplace That Does More Than List Deals

Mortgage Modules connects buyers and sellers of mortgage notes, but the goal goes beyond listings.

The platform is designed to:

Provide verified deal flow for serious buyers

Give sellers direct access to qualified capital

Introduce structure and transparency into transactions

Support both individual investors and institutional players

It targets a wide range of users, from first-time note investors to banks looking to offload non-performing assets.

Solving the Marketplace Problem

Like any two-sided platform, early growth came with the usual challenge.

No buyers without sellers. No sellers without buyers.

On top of that, the industry itself is not standardized. It operates heavily on relationships, informal processes, and manual systems. The approach was simple but effective. Meet users where they already are, build relationships directly, and bring them into the platform one by one.

That groundwork is what allowed the marketplace to start taking shape.

What Sets Mortgage Modules Apart

There are three core features that define the platform.

AI-Powered Deal Analysis

Every listing is automatically analyzed before it reaches buyers.

This includes:

Deal grading

Ranked exit strategies

Suggested purchase prices

Stress testing

Cash flow projections

All generated within seconds.

This removes a major barrier for new investors who lack pricing experience and gives them a clearer understanding of each deal.

2.** Verified Buyers Only**

Every buyer goes through KYC verification and proof of funds before they can contact sellers.

This filters out unqualified interest and reduces wasted time on both sides.

For sellers, this means fewer conversations but higher intent.

Dual Transaction Infrastructure

The platform supports two types of transactions:

Individual note purchases through Stripe-based escrow

Institutional trades handled through law firm-managed escrow

This allows both smaller investors and large buyers to operate within the same system, without compromising their specific needs.

Opening the Market to More Investors

Mortgage Modules is especially useful for people trying to enter note investing without traditional advantages.

Instead of relying on:

Expensive courses

Insider connections

Broker-controlled deals

Users can access structured listings with built-in analysis.

It also serves:

Brokers looking for better pricing data

Institutional buyers who want verified deal flow

Banks aiming to move assets more efficiently

The broader goal is simple. Make the market more accessible without lowering standards.

A Feature That Changes Who Can Compete

The AI deal analysis engine stands out for one reason.

It reduces the experience gap.

Experienced investors often rely on intuition built over years. New investors do not have that.

By providing structured analysis on every deal, the platform gives all users a stronger starting point. It does not replace judgment, but it improves it.

Building While Staying Close to the Market

There is no fixed routine behind the scenes.

Most days are spent:

Talking to buyers, sellers, and institutions

Gathering feedback from active market participants

Refining the product based on real use cases

Continuously building and shipping improvements

The platform is evolving alongside the people using it.

What’s Coming Next

The next focus is expanding into institutional trade infrastructure. While individual note transactions are already supported, the goal is to handle larger volume trades such as pools and tapes.

This means building systems that work for:

First-time investors buying a single note

Institutional buyers managing large portfolios

Both need different workflows, and the platform is being built to support both.

Why This Matters

Real estate investing continues to evolve, but parts of the system remain outdated. The secondary mortgage note market is one of them. Without proper infrastructure, inefficiencies remain. That affects pricing, access, and overall market growth.

Platforms like Mortgage Modules are addressing that gap by introducing structure, verification, and data into a space that has traditionally lacked all three.

Explore the Platform

Mortgage Modules is live and actively growing.

Over 200 listings available

AI deal analysis included on every listing

Verified buyer applications open

Sellers can list with no upfront fees

You can also follow the build and connect directly:

LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/taylordoucet

X: Taylorr626

The platform is being built in public, with a clear goal in mind.

Make the market faster, more transparent, and easier to access.

Become the bank.

Simplifying Client Feedback: How “Feedback” Is Streamlining Collaboration for Dev Teams

Client feedback is one of the most time-consuming parts of running a development or design project.

Messages come in from everywhere. Emails, chat apps, spreadsheets. Important details get buried, feedback gets repeated, and teams spend more time organizing comments than actually fixing issues.

Feedback was built to fix that.

It’s a visual collaboration tool designed for dev and design teams that need a clearer way to manage QA, bugs, and client input without jumping between platforms.

The Problem Most Teams Ignore

After 10 years in the service industry, the creator of Feedback saw the same pattern in every project cycle. Too much back and forth. Teams and clients would go in circles trying to clarify issues, confirm fixes, and track changes. This did not just slow things down. It affected delivery timelines and, in many cases, revenue.

The bigger issue was not communication itself. It was fragmentation.

Feedback was spread across:

Email threads

WhatsApp messages

Spreadsheets

Internal notes

Nothing lived in one place. That made even simple tasks harder than they should be.

What Feedback Does Differently

Feedback brings the entire review process into a single workflow.

Teams can:

Pin comments directly on visuals

Capture screenshots instantly

Track bugs and QA issues in one place

Instead of explaining problems in long messages, users can show exactly what they mean. That cuts down confusion and speeds up resolution. This is not about adding another tool. It is about removing the need for several others.

Early Traction vs Real Adoption

Getting initial users was not difficult. Existing experience in the service space helped drive early signups.

The real challenge came after. Adoption.

Teams are used to their current workflows, even if those workflows are inefficient. Moving them to a new system takes more than just a better product. It requires changing habits. That remains one of the key areas of focus.

Why Some Teams Will Choose This Over Others

There are two clear advantages:

It is free, while many alternatives come at a high cost

It supports full white-labeling, which is valuable for agencies working with clients

For service teams managing multiple projects, those two factors alone can make a strong case.

Built for Agencies Handling Active Projects

Feedback is not trying to serve everyone.

It is built for:

Development teams

Design agencies

Service providers working with clients

If your work involves constant review cycles and client input, this fits directly into your workflow.

Small Feature, Real Impact

One feature that stands out is automatic screenshots.

It removes the need for manual capture and explanation. Clients can point out issues visually, and teams can act on them faster. Simple feature, but high impact in real use.

What’s Being Worked on Now

The current focus is twofold.

First, finding a reliable organic distribution channel to grow the product without relying on paid acquisition. Second, expanding functionality. A video recording feature is in development to support more complex feedback and functional testing scenarios.

Why This Matters

Most teams do not lose time because of lack of skill. They lose time because of messy processes.

When feedback is scattered, everything slows down.

A tool that centralizes and simplifies this part of the workflow can directly improve delivery speed and project clarity.

Try Feedback

If your team deals with constant client feedback and wants a cleaner system, you can check it here:

How BuildFromPain Is Helping Founders Turn Real Frustrations Into Startup Ideas

Coming up with a startup idea is easy. Coming up with one that works is where most people fail.

In this feature, we’re highlighting BuildFromPain. A platform designed to help founders and builders stop guessing and start building based on real user problems. Instead of chasing trends or random ideas, BuildFromPain focuses on something much more grounded: actual frustrations people are already expressing online.

From Random Ideas to Real Problems

BuildFromPain was created with a simple but important realization:

Most products fail not because people can’t build, but because they’re building the wrong things.

The creator noticed a pattern. While many founders were chasing ideas based on trends or assumptions, thousands of real complaints were already being shared across platforms like forums, reviews, and communities. These frustrations were being overlooked, even though they clearly pointed to real problems worth solving.

That gap became the foundation for BuildFromPain.

Turning Complaints Into Opportunities

At its core, BuildFromPain helps users discover and work with real-world problems.

The platform allows users to:

Explore frustrations collected from across the internet

Upvote the most relevant or impactful problems

Submit their own frustrations

Turn raw complaints into structured product ideas and PRDs

What makes this approach different is that it flips the usual process.

Instead of starting with an idea and hoping it solves something meaningful, users start with a validated problem and build from there.

The Challenge of Making Chaos Useful

One of the biggest hurdles early on wasn’t finding problems, but it was more on making sense of them.

Raw frustrations are messy. They’re unstructured, emotional, and often scattered across different sources. The real challenge was figuring out how to take those unfiltered complaints and turn them into something actionable.

BuildFromPain addresses this by transforming simple frustrations into structured outputs like product ideas and PRDs, giving builders a clear starting point instead of a vague direction.

Built for Builders Who Want Direction

BuildFromPain is especially useful for:

Indie hackers

Early-stage founders

Developers stuck on “what should I build?”

If you’ve ever felt stuck trying to come up with a startup idea, this platform is designed for exactly that stage.

Instead of brainstorming endlessly, you’re working with problems that already exist and that people actually care about.

A Feature That Stands Out

One of the most compelling aspects of BuildFromPain is its ability to take a simple frustration and turn it into a structured PRD.

This bridges the gap between:

“This is annoying”
and

“Here’s something you can actually build”

That shift alone can save builders hours (or even days) of figuring out where to start.

Built With Constant Feedback

Right now, development is heavily focused on improving the quality and usefulness of the data.

This includes:

Adding more real data sources

Refining how frustrations are structured

Improving the overall user experience

A big part of the process is also direct user feedback. Instead of building in isolation, the creator is actively talking to users and refining the platform based on how people actually use it.

Why This Approach Matters

There’s a growing shift in how products are being built.

More builders are realizing that:

Ideas are cheap

Execution is hard

But solving the right problem is everything

BuildFromPain fits directly into this shift by helping people anchor their ideas in reality instead of assumptions. For anyone serious about building something that people actually need, this approach makes a lot more sense than starting from scratch.

Final Thoughts

BuildFromPain is a simple idea executed in a practical way:

Start with real problems, not random ideas.

As more founders look for ways to reduce risk and build with intention, platforms like this become increasingly valuable, especially for those navigating the early stages of building.

So, if you’re currently thinking about what to build next, it’s worth checking out:

Meet Miriam: Turning Communication and Connection into a Business Superpower

From family business administrator to freelance entrepreneur, Miriam Rachel Ber has carved a path built on resilience, creativity, and authentic communication. As the founder of Gemini Rising Ltd, she helps entrepreneurs, coaches, and small business owners grow through strategic social media management, content writing, and podcast outreach.

With a background in business administration and a passion for astrology and tarot, Miriam combines intuition with marketing strategy to help brands find their voice and use it effectively. In this interview, she shares her journey, insights, and lessons from over a decade in business.

Q. Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your background before starting this business?

I hold a diploma in Business Administration from Seneca College in Toronto, Canada. Early in my career, I worked in my family’s business, managing office administration and operations. While I learned a lot about running a business, I also began to crave independence and creative freedom.

The internal politics of a family business made it hard to grow in the direction I wanted, so I decided to take the skills I’d developed, which were organization, communication, and digital marketing, and also forge my own path. That decision became the foundation for everything I’ve built since.

Q. What inspired you to start your company?

I wanted to create something that truly reflected my voice and values. Leaving the family business wasn’t just about escaping drama; it was about finding purpose and fulfillment.

I wanted to be my own boss, build authentic connections with clients, and help other businesses grow through genuine communication. That independence and desire to make a difference in others’ lives motivated me to start my own venture

Q. How did your startup or business come to life?

It started with a clear vision: to offer SEO, writing, and social media management services that truly help businesses connect with their audiences. I put together a simple plan, registered my business, and within weeks landed my first major client through the old Warrior Forum, a reminder that showing up and networking pays off.

That early success proved there was a real need for the kind of authentic, human-centered marketing I wanted to provide.

Q. What is the meaning behind its name?

I’m also an astrologer and tarot reader, so the name Gemini Rising Ltd. felt natural. Gemini represents communication, curiosity, and connection, which perfectly align with my business’s core values.

The term “rising” stands for growth and evolution in regards to the business name, (though it is different in astrology), both for me and my clients. It’s more than just a name; it reflects my belief that genuine communication can transform businesses.

Q. What makes your product or service unique?

Authenticity is at the heart of everything I do. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter marketing or empty engagement tactics. Instead, I focus on helping clients build meaningful, long-term visibility through customized social media strategy, content writing, and podcast outreach.

What sets me apart is my ability to blend business strategy with intuition, combining analytical tools with emotional intelligence to ensure every campaign feels real and relatable. I also offer podcast guest outreach services, helping entrepreneurs land interviews that amplify their voices and credibility across multiple platforms.

Q. Any exciting new features or projects in the pipeline?

Yes! I recently launched my Substack, The Podcast Guest Hotlist, which offers free podcasting tips, visibility strategies, and a paid premium list of curated podcast opportunities.

It’s designed to help entrepreneurs and creators find shows that align perfectly with their brand story and expertise. I’ll also be launching my own podcast soon, focused on communication, creativity, and authenticity in the modern business landscape.

Q. What marketing strategies worked best for you?

Consistency and connection have been key. I focus heavily on relationship marketing, which is building genuine relationships through social media, networking, and collaborations. Sharing authentic stories, showing behind-the-scenes content, and using platforms like Substack and LinkedIn to educate and inspire have been incredibly effective.

I also rely on SEO, podcast features, and word-of-mouth referrals, which have helped me build steady, long-term growth without relying solely on paid ads.

Q. How do you approach partnerships or collaborations?

I believe partnerships should feel natural and aligned. Whether it’s attending networking events (in person or virtual), joining business communities, or having virtual coffee chats, I always approach collaborations with curiosity and mutual benefit in mind.

The best partnerships often grow out of real conversations and shared goals rather than formal pitches.

Q. Do you work remotely, hybrid, or in person?

I work 100% remotely, which allows me to connect with clients globally while maintaining flexibility and focus. Remote work has opened the door to more meaningful and diverse collaborations than I could have ever imagined in a traditional office.

Q. What advice would you give to someone starting their own business today?

Expect ups and downs, as it is best to embrace them. Entrepreneurship isn’t a straight line; there will be feast and famine cycles, setbacks, and rejections. But those challenges shape your resilience.

The key is persistence, adaptability, and the willingness to keep learning. Don’t compare your progress to others, just stay focused on building something you’re proud of.

Q. How do you handle pressure, stress, or burnout?

Boundaries are essential. I manage my workload strategically by setting realistic timelines and expectations with clients. I also believe in working smart, not just hard, using automation tools, templates, and outsourcing when needed.

Taking breaks, doing creative work like tarot and writing, and maintaining self-care practices all help me stay grounded and avoid burnout.

Q. What are your goals for the next year?

My biggest goals are to launch my podcast and expand my podcast guest outreach service. I want to help even more entrepreneurs and thought leaders amplify their voices through meaningful podcast appearances and authentic brand storytelling.

Q. What motivates you to keep going during hard times?

I remind myself that hard times never last forever. Every challenge carries a lesson and an opportunity for growth. What keeps me going is the belief that you only truly fail when you stop trying, and I’m not stopping anytime soon.

How One Woman Turned Her Struggles into a Startup That Empowers Others

Every builder has a beginning. Some start with funding or a big network. Others start with nothing more than an idea and the courage to show up for it. This is a story of how a simple online conversation turned into a chance to grow, contribute, and become part of something bigger.

In this edition of our Founder Stories series, we sat down (virtually) with the creator of Ela Resolve Mulher, a growing Brazilian platform designed to connect women offering services with women who need them. Something that's safe, simple, and direct. What started as a personal project born out of hardship has now become a mission to create income opportunities for women across Brazil.

The Beginning and the Motivation

LetIt: How did the idea for your startup come to life?
Founder: I always wished there was a platform like the one I eventually built. Something like a service index where women from all over Brazil could offer their services, and any woman could easily find and hire them.

LetIt: What motivated you to turn that idea into a real business?
Founder: I was unemployed and spending a lot of time alone at home, thinking negatively and almost falling into depression. I felt I needed a purpose, something that could change not only my life but also the lives of other people. I wanted to build something that could make a real difference in the world.

LetIt: What was your biggest challenge at the beginning?
Founder: I only had basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, which for many years made it impossible to bring my idea to life. But when I discovered that AI could help in this process, it felt like a door opened. It gave me the chance to finally start building what I had dreamed of.

LetIt: Did you start alone or with partners?
Founder: I started completely alone. It was just me, ChatGPT, and countless cups of coffee. To this day, I’m still working solo on the project.

LetIt: When did you realize your project had real potential?
Founder: From the very beginning, I believed it did. I could see this platform becoming something that thousands of women in Brazil would use every day.

Growth and Challenges

LetIt: What’s been the biggest obstacle so far?
Founder: It’s exhausting to handle everything by myself. I’m responsible for the design, development, marketing, content creation, community growth, and partnership outreach. Sometimes, the lack of response or engagement can be discouraging.

LetIt: How did you get your first users or clients?
Founder: I personally reached out to women who offer the kinds of services listed on the platform and invited them to check it out. From there, things started flowing naturally.

LetIt: What marketing strategies have worked best?
Founder: I’ve focused on organic engagement on Instagram. I was lucky to meet amazing women who believed in the idea as much as I do. They supported the project and helped spread the word to their followers and networks.

LetIt: Was there any mistake or major learning moment in your journey?
Founder: Yes. I was too impulsive when choosing the project’s original name. I picked the first one that came to mind and started developing the entire platform around it. Later, I found out I’d need to register the brand and that there were already other projects with similar names. So, I had to adapt and change it.

LetIt: How does your startup stand out in the market?
Founder: I don’t think there’s another startup quite like mine right now. There might be others with similar goals, but not a platform like this. It’s an innovative and bold project.

Team and Culture

LetIt: What’s your company culture like?
Founder: At the moment, it’s just me, so the “culture” is one of persistence and self-belief.

LetIt: What do you value most in a team?
Founder: I don’t have a team yet, but when I do, I’ll value trust, empathy, and collaboration.

Business and the Future

LetIt: Are you looking for investors or planning to grow organically?
Founder: Yes, I want to attract investors especially women who believe in this idea. As a teenager, I used to dream about having enough money to fund vocational training courses for others, just like the one I once took. Today, I see that as a real possibility. I’d love to offer scholarships to women on the platform in the future, funded by investors who believe in our mission.

LetIt: What are your next goals?
Founder: I plan to develop and publish the platform’s mobile app on the Play Store and expand its reach across Brazil. I want to see women from every state hiring and being hired through the platform.

LetIt: If you could go back to the start, what would you do differently?
Founder: At the very beginning, before the platform was as solid as it is today, I sent out a lot of emails and reached out to people for visibility. Looking back, I should’ve waited a bit and let the idea mature more because those early impressions might not have shown its full potential.

LetIt: How do you see your market evolving in the coming years?
Founder: I’m optimistic. I believe the platform can generate income for many women across the country and make hiring services much easier. There’s huge potential for growth.

LetIt: What advice would you give to someone who wants to start a business today?
Founder: Have a purpose. Do something that benefits not only you but also creates real opportunities for others. And believe in yourself. Many people will say your dream isn’t worth it or won’t see your potential, but what matters most is that you believe in it.

A Personal Touch

LetIt: What inspires you day to day as an entrepreneur?
Founder: Dreaming big. Every day I imagine the moment when the platform will reach the visibility I’ve been working for, when thousands of women across Brazil will be using it, and I’ll receive messages about how it’s changed their lives.

LetIt: What’s been your most rewarding moment so far?
Founder: There was one woman who truly inspired me early on. Her name is Elaine. I was still unsure whether what I was doing was meaningful or just an empty idea. She’s a tech teacher, and she told me my idea was brilliant and had a great future. She encouraged me not to give up and I’ll always be thankful for that.

LetIt: How do you balance personal life and work?
Founder: Right now, it’s difficult. My life is completely tied to the project, and I give my best every single day.

LetIt: If you weren’t building this startup, what would you be doing instead?
Founder: Probably looking for a job in the field I studied, but I wouldn’t be happy. I only studied that because it was what my mother wanted, not what I truly dreamed of. Today, even though I’m not earning much yet, working full-time on the platform gives me real satisfaction.

LetIt: Do you have a quote or personal philosophy that guides you?
Founder: “Our authenticity and courage are what lead us to what we seek.”
