The study was a systematic review, carried out following the guidelines of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA). Literature search was performed for two authors, in indexed databases, including the National Library of Medicine, Bethesda, MD (PubMed), Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), and Scopus (Elsevier). We used the checklist from the Joanna Briggs Institute for assessing the risk of bias. The review was registered with the Systematic Review Registration (PROSPERO), number CRD42020134324. In total, nine papers were eligible. PA was correlated with several objective and subjective indicators of nutritional status in most cases. Cutoff point values for the PA, capable of detecting malnutrition, varied from 4.73° to 6°, despite the modest diagnostic accuracy. We assume that PA may be considered an indicator of nutritional status, when complementing additional data and assisting health practitioners in evaluating individuals with malignant neoplasms. By contrast, when age was modeled as a linear term, AMD was significantly associated with the incidence of depression (RR = 1.28, 95% CI 1.02, 1.61). Conclusions Researchers should clearly report their adjustment strategies and should be cautious when modeling the relationship between age and depression in order to minimize residual confounding. &lt;br&gt;

In order to benefit maximally from a variety of ordinal and non-ordinal algorithms, we also propose an ensemble majority voting approach to combine different algorithms into one model, thereby leveraging the strengths of each algorithm. We perform experiments in which the task is to classify the daily COVID-19 growth rate factor based on environmental factors and containment measures for 19 regions of Italy. We demonstrate that the ordinal algorithms outperform their non-ordinal counterparts with improvements in the range of 6-25% for a variety of common performance indices. The majority voting approach that combines ordinal and non-ordinal models yields a further improvement of between 3% and 10%.Recent years have seen a surge in approaches that combine deep learning and recommendation systems to capture user preference or item interaction evolution over time. However, the most related work only consider the sequential similarity between the items and neglects the item content feature information and the impact difference of interacted items on the next items. This paper introduces the deep bidirectional long short-term memory (LSTM) and self-attention mechanism into the sequential recommender while fusing the information of item sequences and contents. Specifically, we deal with the issues in a three-pronged attack the improved item embedding, weight update, and the deep bidirectional LSTM preference learning. First, the user-item sequences are embedded into a low-dimensional item vector space representation via Item2vec, and the class label vectors are concatenated for each embedded item vector. Second, the embedded item vectors learn different impact weights of each item to achieve item awareness via self-attention mechanism; the embedded item vectors and corresponding weights are then fed into the bidirectional LSTM model to learn the user preference vectors. &lt;p&gt;During the study period, a total of 8160 deliveries were attended in our hospital, of which 6187 were vaginal and we diagnosed a total of 88 OASIS at the time of delivery. The prevalence of OASIS is 1.07 % for total births and 1.42 % for total vaginal deliveries. In the case-control study, the univariate analysis shows statistical significance for nulliparity (OR 3.84; 95 % CI 2.155-6.834; p &amp;lt; 0.001), instrumental delivery (OR 8.73; 95 % CI 4.706-16.2016; p &amp;lt; 0.001), occipital posterior position (OR 7.23; 95 % CI 2.535-20.633; p &amp;lt; 0.001), long duration of the second stage of labor (OR 1.99; IC95 % 1,159-3,438; p 0.01), episiotomy (OR 3.51; 95 % CI 1,956-6,309; p &amp;lt; 0.001) and OBGYN labor assistant (&amp;lt;0.001). Additionally, we provide an overview of how NK cell metabolism is affected by current therapeutic approaches aimed to promote NK cell expansion and/or to increase their effector functions. We have also recapitulated several strategies that could help alleviating the metabolic impairment that characterizes tumor-infiltrating NK cells, and thus increase or restore their effector functions. The purpose of this study was to examine inter-muscle differences in modulation of the corticospinal and spinal reflex circuit excitabilities of multiple lower-limb muscles during voluntary contraction. Eleven young males performed isometric plantar-flexion, dorsi-flexion, knee extension, and flexion at low torque levels. Motor evoked potentials (MEPs) and posterior root-muscle reflexes from seven lower-leg and thigh muscles were evoked by transcranial magnetic stimulation and transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation, respectively, at rest and during weak voluntary contractions. MEP and posterior root-muscle reflex amplitudes of agonists were significantly increased as agonist torque level increased, except for the reflex of the tibialis anterior. MEP amplitudes of antagonists were significantly increased in relation to the agonist torque level, but those of the rectus femoris were slightly depressed during knee flexion. Regarding the posterior root-muscle reflex of the antagonists, the amplitudes of triceps surae and the hamstrings were significantly decreased, but those of the quadriceps femoris were significantly increased as the agonist torque level increased. These results demonstrate that modulation of corticospinal and spinal reflex circuit excitabilities during agonist and antagonist muscle contractions differed among lower-limb muscles.A novel Salmonella bacteriophage (phage), named αα, was the first reported member of the family Microviridae to exhibit tolerance to both extreme acidic and alkaline conditions (pH 2-12 for 1 h). Phage αα has a circular single-stranded DNA genome of 5,387 nt with a G+C content of 44.66%. A total of 11 putative gene products and no tRNA genes are encoded in the phage αα genome. Whole-genome sequence comparisons revealed that phage αα shares 95% identity with coliphage phiX174 and had a close evolutionary relationship to the phages NC1 and NC7. Phylogenetic analysis of the structural proteins of phage αα and 18 other phiX174-like phages showed that a phylogenetic tree based on protein B sequences had a topology similar to that obtained using whole genome sequences. In addition, variable sites in proteins F and G distributed on the surface of the mature capsid and the conserved protein J were probably involved in maintaining the structural integrity of the phage under extreme pH conditions. We explore a method of building a rate matrix set from a rooted tree structure by assigning rates to internal tree nodes and states to the leaves, then defining the rate of change between two states as the rate assigned to the most recent common ancestor of those two states. We investigate the properties of these matrix sets from both a linear algebra and a graph theory perspective and show that any rate matrix set generated this way is closed under matrix multiplication.       <description>&lt;p&gt;Enterobacter sp. A11 and Comamonas sp. A23 were isolated and identified. Coculturing these two strains with Cd(II) led to the production of biofilm, H2S, and succinic acid (SA), and Cd(II) was adsorbed by cells and formed CdS precipitates. After centrifugation, 97% Cd(II) was removed from the coculture. Proteomic and metabolomic analyses of the cocultured bacteria revealed that H2S and SA production pathways, metal transportation, and TCA cycle were active under Cd(II) stress. In vitro addition of SA enhanced the production of H2S and biofilm formation and Cd(II) adsorption. Two-season greenhouse pot experiments with Brassica rapa L. were performed with and without the coculture bacteria. Compared with the control, the average Cd amounts of the two-season pot experiments of the aboveground plants were decreased by 71.3%, 62.8%, and 38.6%, and the nonbioavailable and immobilized Cd in the soils were increased by 211.8%, 213.4%, and 116.7%, for low-, medium-, and high- Cd-spiked soils, respectively. The two strains survived well in soil during plant growth using plate counting, quantitative real-time PCR, and metagenomics analysis. Our results indicate that the combination of Enterobacter and Comamonas strains with the production of H2S and biofilm are important effectors for the highly efficient immobilization of Cd.Metal oxynitrides have been considered recently as emerging electrode materials for supercapacitors. Herein, we converted titanate nanotubes into a series of titanium oxynitride (TiON) nanorods at nitridation temperatures of 800, 900, and 1000 °C in ammonia gas and tested them as supercapacitor electrodes. TiON-800, TiON-900, and TiON-1000 showed capacities of 60, 140, and 71 F g-1, respectively, at a current density of 1 A g-1. However, because of TiON's low capacity, a heterostructure (TiON-900/MnCo2O4) was designed based on the optimized TiON with MnCo2O4 (MCO). The heterostructure TiON-900-MCO and MCO electrode materials showed specific capacities of 515 and 381 F g-1, respectively, at a current density of 1 A g-1. The cycling stability retention of TiON-900 and MCO were 75 and 68%, respectively; moreover, the heterostructure of TiON-900-MCO reached 78% at a current density of 5 A g-1 over 5000 cycles. The increased capacity and sustained cycling stability retention are attributable to the synergistic effect of TiON-900 and MCO. A coin cell (CC)-type symmetric supercapacitor prototype of TiON-900-MCO was fabricated and tested in the voltage range of 0.0-2.0 V in 1 M LiClO4 in propylene carbonate/dimethyl carbonate electrolyte, and a 79% cycling retention capacity of TiON-900-MCO-CC was achieved over 10 000 cycles at a current density of 250 mA g-1. Localized brushes of thermoresponsive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) were then grown to specific sites of the porous film by in situ reversible addition-fragmentation chain-transfer polymerization. The gating mechanism relies on the polymeric chains to expand and contract depending on the thermal stimulus, thus modulating the accessibility of redox species inside the pores. The resulting platform was shown to reversibly hinder or facilitate the electron transfer of solution redox species by modulating temperature from the room value to 45 °C or vice versa.Classical capillary theory predicts that a non-neutrally wetting ellipsoidal particle adsorbed at a liquid-vapor interface will deform the interface. The deformation gives rise to anisotropic capillary forces of a quadrupolar nature that induce strong directionality in the particle interactions. Here, we investigate the interactions between nanoparticles with characteristic lengths of 1-5 nm. We show that the near-field interactions are dominated by solvent-mediated forces, which arise from the fluid packing between the nanoparticles and direct nanoparticle-nanoparticle interactions. The solvent-mediated forces are two orders of magnitude larger than the estimated capillary force. The results from a set of six Argentinian high-altitude wines showed two main populations the first population composed of wine colloids with higher UV-specific absorptivity and the second population composed of polysaccharides, such as arabinogalactans. The conformation results showed that population 1 consists of small and dense particles, while population 2 showed high molar masses and lower densities.  Bacterial fish diseases constitute a major problem in aquaculture, it was found in the environment and under stressors cause severe economic losses to fish. This work aimed to investigate the bacterial causes and suitable treatments of mass mortality in some cultured marine fish farms in Damietta governorate. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The study was performed on 5 farms suffered from mass mortality. Total of 100 diseased fish (10 sea bass and 10 sea bream/farm) and 20 water samples were randomly collected from these farms. Bacteriological examinations were carried out followed by in vitro sensitivity tests. Treatment trial was performed using the most effective antibacterial agent on isolated bacteria. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;From fish and water samples Pseudomonas spp., Aeromonas spp. and Vibrio spp. were isolated with the rat of (16, 10%), (22, 10%) and (28, 10%) respectively. These results were confirmed biochemically. Some virulence genes of isolated bacteria were detected using PCR; meanwhile, enrofloxacin reduced significantly the mortality rates in examined farms. &lt;/p&gt;

The aim of current study was to isolate, characterize Mycoplasma infection in dromedary camels in Saudi Arabia. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Nasal swabs were randomly collected from 93 camels and tested for Mycoplasma by sequencing of their 16S rRNA genes using universal primers. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The 93 samples, 24 were positive for Mycoplasma. However, no positive results were obtained using species-specific primers for Mycoplasma arginine, M. bovis or M. mycoides subsp. mycoides, thus, 16S rDNA sequencing methods and semi-nested PCR were employed. Sequences were matched to those in GenBank and phylogenetic analysis was performed. Mycoplasma edwardii (77-84% similarity with Mycoplasma edwardii ATCC 23462) and one isolate of Mycoplasma yeastsii (100% similarity with M. yeastsii GM274B) were identified. Further, some Mycoplasma species were identified as previously uncultured. The incidence of Mycoplasma infection in camels in Taif city, Saudi Arabia, was approximately 26%. &lt;/p&gt;
