I measure open rates, click through rates and sign ups. If I can get more than 5% of total respondents to sign up from a cold email than an idea is promising.</p></li> <li><p>I measure organic search volume for landing page. Get search traffic on new landing pages is hard, but If I can generate a few sign ups, even with a crappy Google ranking, then I know I'm onto something.</p></li> </ol> <p>Of the ideas I have been testing is a Q&amp;A Site were people can ask financial advisers questions. The advisers answer questions so they can boost their own search profile. </p> <p>I started of off with this one page site: <a href="Https://signup.wealthvillage.com">Https://signup.wealthvillage.com</a> </p> <p>Once I confirmed strong demand, I built an MVP, also using Carrd (carrd is not intended for multi page sits, but I hacked it)</p> <p><a href="https://WealthVillage.com">https://WealthVillage.com</a> </p> <h2> What's Next </h2> <p>I am going to build V1 of WealthVillage and plan to reuse the code base from a previous project, a teacher community, collaboration plattform built in NextJS/Node JS.
