  My Final Project
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My final career project involved building a pipeline for image registration in medical images using a novel approach via copulas to estimate the correlation ratio between two images.&lt;/p&gt;

  How I built it
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;From a wide study in the theory of couples and non-rigid image registration, we went ahead and code the necessary supplies for integrating our similarity measure into a registration pipeline.&lt;/p&gt;

  Additional Thoughts / Feelings / Stories

&lt;p&gt;This has been quite a journey, and even when this is not my largest project built on GitHub is my last one in my career and I am very happy about it!&lt;/p&gt;
