Waterline brings citizen reports, location information, AI-assisted analysis, and response coordination into one application.<br> Our project has four main features:</p> <ul> <li>Citizen reporting: Submit photos and location details.</li> <li>Office administration: Manage residents, review reports, and issue alerts.</li> <li>Intelligence: Combine Gemma image analysis through the Gemini API with physics-based assessments.</li> <li>Response operations: Coordinate responders, assignments, and field updates. Built with Python, FastAPI, and SQLite, the prototype includes protected operator dashboards and a public reporting portal. When AI analysis fails, reports go to manual review. SMS delivery is currently simulated, and the project is still a prototype.
