Show HN: OIN – your post got deleted, but the evidence stays

You've seen it happen. A video disappears. A post is taken down. A whistleblower thread vanishes overnight. By the time anyone notices, it's gone.

Platforms delete. Courts order removal. Governments demand takedowns. Sometimes it's justified. Sometimes it's not. But in every case, the public loses the ability to verify what was actually said.

OIN doesn't stop deletion. It does something else: it makes deletion itself auditable.

Anyone can submit any piece of information—text, image, video, PDF. The network records:

Who submitted it

When

From where

Who signed it

If two versions conflict, both are kept. No central judge.

And when a takedown request comes in—from a platform, a court, a government—the request itself becomes a recorded, signed, auditable record. Not hidden. Not erased. Tracked.

Who requested it? When? Under what legal basis? All recorded.

The system doesn't decide if the request is valid. It just ensures the request itself leaves a trace.

Two nodes already running on Alibaba Cloud HK. Full replication + conflict testing passed.

What I need: someone who's never seen this codebase to independently reimplement the validation logic (Ed25519 + Merkle) in any language. One run. No long-term commitment.

Code: https://github.com/ccbhsw/oin-mvp
