      <title>I Built a Free Meditation App Because Everyone Should Have Access to Peace</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I created a simple meditation timer called &lt;a href="https://zenmoment.net" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;Zen Moment&lt;/a&gt; because I wanted to make mindfulness tools accessible to everyone, regardless of their budget or technical background.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The Inspiration&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Like many people, I found myself feeling overwhelmed and constantly stressed. I knew meditation could help, but when I looked into apps, I discovered they often came with monthly fees that made basic mindfulness practices feel out of reach for many.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I started wondering: why should learning to manage stress and find moments of peace require a subscription?&lt;/p&gt;
