Once you have created an account, you will be able to select a "Polkadot" tab on the main page. On the Polkadot tab, you will be able to generate a new address by clicking on the "Create Address" button. After you have generated your address, you will need to add some DOTs (the native cryptocurrency of Polkadot) in order to start using the network
