      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have been facing an issue where a broker (acting as a controller) goes down, comes back up, and claims to be the leader. This loop continues, with brokers fighting for leadership. Eventually, a broker goes down and accepts the leader, but the memory usage becomes so high. please help me with this.&lt;/p&gt;
