8 Months Ago I Had Never Heard of Godot. Now I Have a Store With 70+ Systems.

*8 months ago I genuinely did not know this engine existed.

No CS degree. No game dev background. Just stumbled across Godot, got curious, and started building.

What happened next honestly surprised me. Within months I had built inventory systems, multiplayer backends, AI NPC integrations, season passes, economy managers, voice chat — real production-level stuff. Every time I finished something I packaged it properly so I wouldn't have to rebuild it for the next game.

That turned into a store. 70+ production-ready Godot 4 systems, networking services, and tools — all built by someone who didn't know this engine existed less than a year ago.

I don't make games to publish them. I make games for YouTube, just for the love of it. The store came from packaging what I built along the way.

This journey has been one of the best things I've done. Godot's community is what made it possible — tutorials, forums, people sharing openly.

Now I'm looking for fellow devs who share the same passion. Not to sell anything — just to build together, share ideas, and grow. If you're learning Godot, making games for fun, or just curious about what's possible in 8 months — let's connect.

What are you building right now?

Store: cggodotassets.shop — free tools available too, no account needed.
