What I Learned From Hacktoberfest

The October is going in full swing, and the hacktoberfest season is here. I recently completed the challenge and thankfully all my contributions were merged. This was fun and while I am a beginner only but I think the most useful skill that you gain while contributing to open source is that even if you are not familiar with what's going on in the project , you somehow do research, learn couple of new things and you get the task done.
Looking forward to learn more and contribute further in open source.
