Yikes! </p> <p>But let’s be real: there’s something magical about contributing to open source. That rush you get after crafting a library, tool, or tiny slice of software genius—it’s pure empowerment. Sure, others might benefit from it, but let’s not kid ourselves: the biggest win is scratching your own itch. The rest? Just happy collateral damage. And hey, we all get to nudge the ecosystem forward together. Win-win, right? 😄 </p> <p>For me, that moment happened just a few hours ago when I shipped my very first library: <a href="https://crates.io/crates/clsx-r" rel="noopener noreferrer">clsx for Rust</a>. </p> <p>Like every great open-source tale, it started with an itch—a problem I needed to solve.
