I'm new to API integration and need help from developers. I want to integrate another website into my own, but to do so, I need API keys to interact with their API. I reached out to the account manager to request these API keys, but they are asking for the server IP. I'm a bit confused because if I provide the server IP of my website, which is hosted on Hostinger, it will be challenging to test the API. My intention is to test the API in my local environment before making it live. In this situation, I would like to know which server IP I should provide to the account manager.

!Facing error, and this is the temporary IP which changes dynamically, so I can not provide this server IP to account manager(https://dev-to-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/articles/20rog3hy3y6ca8j35b6e.jpeg)

I've already learned JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB, and now I want to start learning React. Can someone who's experienced with React provide me with guidance on how to begin?, what are important concepts that I need to learn and what roadmap should I follow, also how much React is needed for Next.js as I am planning to learn Next.js after react?
