Daisia, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?

I grew up in a small city called Clarksville, Tennessee. When I was younger, I want to be a fashion designer, however, my mom who grew up poor but joined the military and became a successful tax auditor, cautioned me against it. She wanted me to choose a career that was stable and successful like hers. She pushed me to do well in school and I excelled in math and science so I decided to become a doctor. I went to college in my hometown on a full-ride and graduated with a degree in biochemistry. Most future doctors take a year off between undergraduate and medical school but I went straight in after I graduated in 2019. During college, I became a model and professional dance choreographer. I taught heels dance classes in my off time when I wasn’t studying. I also discovered my love for traveling and traveled abroad to Paris, London, Bali, etc. and to cities like Miami, Atlanta, New York, and LA for modeling and dance. When I first came to LA, I fell in love. The dance community and sense of freedom and creativity I felt with every person I met inspired me and I vowed to move there one day. When I began medical school, I didn’t really fit in.

My background as a model, dancer, and influencer on Instagram was very different from my peers who had dedicated their lives solely to medicine. I ran into some trouble with student affairs because they deemed my hobbies as “unprofessional”. I struggled with my identity feeling the need to choose between my intellect and capability to become a doctor and my yearning and true passion for dance and Modeling. I talked with the dean and decided to take my spring semester off and restart my first year again in the summer of 2020. That’s when the pandemic hit and everything fell apart. One of my close friends, ex-boyfriend and a 4th-year medical student at my school died in a car accident on the second week back in school. I was devastated and couldn’t concentrate on studying or even being present in life. He had helped me not commit suicide and pushed me to continue medical school the year before. He was the only reason I continued. None of my peers understood my pain and even bullied me while I was grieving. The next week I had a moment of clarity when I looked at myself in the mirror. Ever since I came to medical school, I had broke out in acne, developed severe ADHD, anxiety, and depression, had to talk to several therapists, lost weight and my hair was falling out.

Overall, I was unhappy. I wanted to prove to everyone that I could become a doctor and still pursue my other passions but I was killing myself in the process. I met with the board that day and quit medical school. I had no plan or no real job. However, my mom always taught me to save my money so I knew I’d be OK for the next couple of months. I had lived in Tennessee my whole life and its toxic conservative views were suffocating me. I knew I had the potential to be much bigger than anything coming from TN. So I packed all my stuff up and decided to move to LA. Now here I am! I’ve been here for about two months now and I’ve never been happier. Even though most things are closed because of Covid, I have picked back up working out, eating healthy and training to start choreographing again. In my free time, I love to go to the beach and roller skate and I’m currently planning on starting my own luxury streetwear brand. I’ve begun modeling again and I’m also training to become a teeth specialist. I have my hands kind of dipped in everything. The main thing I want to focus on this year is music. I was cast to be on a show called Coming up LA where I’ll be competing for a contract and developing my portfolio. I’m super excited for what this year has to bring me. By the end of the year, 4everchantel will be a household name (manifesting it!)

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am mainly a professional dancer and model. I’ve been modeling for 4+ years and dancing my whole life. I specialize in hip hop/R&B heels dance. As far as modeling, I’ve walked in a few runway shows but mainly do editorial and clothing wear modeling. I’m most proud of myself for moving to LA on my own and pursuing my passions. I think I’m unique because I’m multi-faceted. There’s really not a talent I don’t have. Now that I’m getting into Musix, I feel I can be a triple threat with my looks, dance and sound.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Instagram is a great way I network. Utilizing its many features like tags, locations, and direct messaging, I’ve networked with key influential people within and outside of my fields of interests.

In the bustling heart of Houston, where real estate is as dynamic as the city’s skyline, one name is quickly making waves: Daisia Frank. With a background that spans science, entertainment, and high-stakes analytics, Daisia has built a reputation for being more than just a real estate agent — she’s a strategic partner, a trusted advisor, and an advocate for long-term wealth-building.

Daisia’s journey to real estate isn’t conventional, and that’s exactly what sets her apart. A graduate of Austin State University, Daisia earned her degree in Chemistry cum laude, mastering the kind of analytical thinking that now gives her clients a unique edge. “Chemistry taught me to pay attention to the smallest details — how one element can change the entire reaction,” she says. “Real estate is much the same. One market shift, one decision, one negotiation — and it can change everything.”

After college, Daisia stepped into the corporate world as a data analyst, honing her ability to read trends, forecast outcomes, and make data-driven decisions — a skillset that few real estate professionals possess at such a high level. But Daisia’s story doesn’t stop there.

Driven by her passion for helping others and her desire to connect with people on a more personal level, she pursued medical school. Though her path eventually diverged, the experience shaped her commitment to service and deepened her empathy — qualities that continue to define how she works with clients today.

Later, Daisia found success in dance and entertainment, building a vibrant career that took her across stages and screens. This chapter of her life sharpened her communication skills, taught her adaptability, and exposed her to a fast-paced world that demanded both creativity and resilience. These qualities now play a crucial role in how she manages negotiations, handles high-stakes transactions, and connects with a diverse clientele.

“Every step of my journey has prepared me for real estate in a different way,” Daisia explains. “It’s not just about buying or selling a house. It’s about understanding the person in front of you — what they want, what they need, and what’s going to make them feel secure and excited about their investment.”

Today, Daisia Frank specializes in luxury properties and investment real estate across Houston. She works with everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors, providing a white-glove experience rooted in strategy, transparency, and results. As a real estate investor herself, she brings firsthand insight into how to build wealth through real estate — helping her clients not only close deals but make smart, future-focused decisions.

Her scientific background gives her an edge in analyzing market data, while her artistic past makes her a natural at staging, presentation, and envisioning potential. This rare combination of skills allows Daisia to see both the numbers and the nuance — to help clients not only see what a property is worth but understand why and what it could become.

But perhaps Daisia’s greatest strength is her client-first mindset. She’s not in the business of one-time transactions; she’s in the business of relationships. Every consultation is an opportunity to educate, every showing is tailored, and every offer is backed by thoughtful strategy.

“Real estate is emotional and financial,” she says. “People want someone who gets both — who can protect their interests, but also celebrate the big moments with them. I want my clients to walk away feeling empowered and cared for.”

In a competitive market like Houston, that level of service makes all the difference. And with Daisia Frank at the helm, clients can be confident they’re not just navigating the market — they’re mastering it.

Whether you’re buying your first home, exploring luxury listings, or looking to grow your investment portfolio, Daisia Frank is the trusted guide who brings heart, hustle, and sharp strategy to every step of the journey.
