I have been using Twilio for about 6 months so far just to send SMSs. I'm thinking on start using the voice message and building some intelligence on them. If a voice message is sent to a customer, could i prompt something like "Press 1 to connect to Customer Service" and have the system put the customer into a call with my customer service department?
