      <description>&lt;p&gt;When I mentor junior developers, one thing I've noticed is how eye-opening it's been for them to see how I approach solving programming problems. So, I made this &lt;a href="https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLCjYibwL-b3OXjgaXMXAUF1JRV_gjPUPa"&gt;video series&lt;/a&gt; where I walk through the process of fixing a bug in the dev.to site from beginning to end.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There are a few prerequisites for this, you don't need to know much but you will need basic familiarity with Ruby, Rails and HTML to follow.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The videos are unscripted and I've made some ridiculous mistakes in there but it's all part of the process!&lt;/p&gt;
