How I preview noise reduction before paying for full audio cleanup

When I record interviews or podcasts, the first question is usually not "which model is best" — it is "will cleanup actually help this take?"

I got tired of uploading a full file to a paid tool, waiting, then finding the take was still too noisy. So I built EraseNoise around a free 30-second before/after preview in the browser.

 What it does

Upload audio or video (MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG, Opus, FLAC, MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM; up to 2 GB)

Listen to the first 30 seconds cleaned vs original for free

If it sounds better, process the rest and download WAV or MP4 (video keeps the picture)

Extra tools for echo, reverb, buzz/hum, applause, and a free in-browser silence cutter

Uploads and results are deleted after 24 hours

 Why preview-first

Most noise tools sell the full run. Preview-first keeps the loop honest: you only pay when the cleaned speech is clearly better for that recording.

Try it: https://erasenoise.com/

Feedback welcome — especially on edge cases (wind, AC hum, overlapping talkers).

Removing a steady hum from a recorded talk

Recording a talk or a screencast often picks up a steady noise: a fan, HVAC, or a laptop coil. If that noise stays constant, you can strip it without opening a full audio editor.

I have been using EraseNoise for that case. It removes steady background noise from speech in audio and video. There is a free preview; Pro is about $9.99 a month.

https://erasenoise.com/

It is not a fix for a noisy cafe or two people talking at once. It is the simple case: one speaker and a steady noise floor.
