That’s why we created a special role called Caller.<br> A Caller is a senior developer with strong technical background, but the job is not about coding. The job is to handle interview calls. You will take all rounds — Intro, Technical, Cultural, and Final. If you pass, the company gives an offer, and then you will join our team and receive monthly or annual salary from us.</p> <ul> <li><p>Our company has a full support system.</p></li> <li><p>The Marketing Team trains you, prepares mock interviews, and finds interview schedules.</p></li> <li><p>The Data Analytics Team collects complete citizen details and gives you the profile you will use during interviews.
