How It All Started
I've always had contact with technology. I had encouragement early on, and people who believed in this path and helped me get into Computer Science. Today I study CS at Unipê, and looking back, that initial support made a huge difference — without it, I'd have taken much longer to take the first step.
No one enters this field alone. There's always someone — a professor, a friend, family — who gives that initial push.

What I've Been Building
Throughout the program, I got closer to a few specific areas:

Artificial Intelligence, the field that attracts me the most;
Python, my base language, still introductory but constantly evolving;
UI, a lighter touch, but one that taught me good code isn't worth much if the user experience isn't thought through too.

Getting Hands-On: The Workout App
One project brought these pieces together: a workout-creation app I built with a group. It was academic, but it went far — we reached high-fidelity, with a well-defined, functional prototype.
My main contribution was on the AI and logic layer — how the system should behave, and what rules would drive the workout generation. It was where I saw firsthand what it means to turn theory into something that actually works.

Next Steps
That project became a compass for what's next. My plans:

Specialize in Machine Learning;
Keep growing in Python;
Build a solid foundation in Java;
Sharpen my knowledge across the board — sticking to one track too early can limit more than it helps.

Wrapping Up
I'm still in the middle of the path, but there's a clear line of progress from that initial encouragement to the workout app. Sometimes the most useful article isn't the expert's — it's from someone building the path and sharing what they're learning.
