      <title>Anyone else's back/neck wrecked from years of coding?</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Even with regular workouts, hours of continuous sitting doesn't seem to fully get offset. Curious how common this actually is among developers, and how much it varies person to person.&lt;br&gt;
If you've dealt with it — what actually helped? Better hardware (standing desk, split keyboard, monitor setup), movement habits, something else entirely? Or have you just not had this problem at all?&lt;br&gt;
Trying to get a real sense of how widespread this is versus how much it depends on individual setup/habits.&lt;/p&gt;
