Why job matching is still broken in 2025 — and what we are doing about it

You send in your resume. You hear nothing.
The recruiter posts a job. Gets 400 applications. Most are irrelevant.
Both sides are frustrated. Neither is winning.
The problem is not effort. It is how matching works. Most platforms today are still doing the same thing they did 20 years ago — checking if the words on your resume match the words in the job description. No understanding of context, career progression, or actual fit.
We built Joblet.ai to fix this. Instead of matching words we match profiles. Every candidate gets a real match score for every role. You see 94% you know it is worth your time. You see 61% you know why before you even apply.
We are early and building in public. Would love to hear from anyone who has been on either side of a frustrating hiring process.
