Not long ago, mobile development meant choosing a platform.&lt;br&gt;
Android or iOS. Build screens. Ship.&lt;br&gt;

Users expect:&lt;br&gt;
• Instant startup&lt;br&gt;
• Smooth scrolling&lt;br&gt;
• Low memory usage&lt;br&gt;
• Stable background behavior&lt;br&gt;
Performance directly impacts retention.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. AI Is Changing How Apps Work&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;
AI is not just helping developers write code.&lt;br&gt;
It's becoming part of the platform.&lt;br&gt;
Soon, apps will expose capabilities that assistants can trigger directly.&lt;br&gt;
Users may interact with functionality without opening the UI.&lt;br&gt;
Apps are becoming services.&lt;/p&gt;
