Alright, let's dissect this "Full-Stack Developer (Junior)" role at LeadUp AI I just scraped. I'm David, your friendly neighborhood backend cynic, and I sift through this garbage so you don't have to.

The Hook

"AI coding tools are a core part of your workflow." Translation: "We're using Github Copilot and expect you to know how to prompt it better than you understand the underlying code." "You're not joining a 50-person engineering team where you'll spend six months on a button." Yeah, because you'll be building the entire UI with little to no support. "Real code reviews, real architectural conversations, and real mentorship" - Famous last words. Every company promises this and delivers sporadic Slack messages.

The Stack Analysis

The Job Description itself is lacking the technologies that the job requires. This is a huge red flag. Are they using React? Vue? What backend language will the UI communicate with? I'm going to guess React with Node.js based on the current trend.
