I recieved tracking mail on 23rd December. It's last status was "En route". It was stuck there for about 12 days. I kept contacting DHL, and they said that it's on its way. But since 7th Jan,on checking the tracking, it shows "invalid tracking number, contact merchant..." So I contacted DHL, kotis designs, hacktoberfest team several times through mail. But DHL says to contact Merchant. And Kotis and hacktoberfest team always give an FAQs mail. What now? Really unsatisfied by the customer services.</p> hacktoberfest
