      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have been working in Software Industry for 5 years. Slowly, I am coming to the realization that Softwares are not meant for making user's life easy anymore, but, make a lot of money to the company.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I don't know what to feel anymore. All my seniors have become managers, and reporting how many "new users" than "user success stories". &lt;/p&gt;
