Structuring a browser guide hub for Mecha Chameleon notes

I wanted a tiny public place to collect browser-friendly Mecha Chameleon notes without turning them into a full app download.

The live hub is here: https://mechachameleon.games/

The structure is intentionally simple:

homepage for quick access

notes around controls and browser access

map and route references

links to fan-made atlas material

This is an unofficial fan-made resource, separate from the official Steam game and LEMORION. It is useful mostly as a lightweight browser companion for players who are comparing hiding spots, routes, or related guide pages.

Related map atlas: https://mecchachameleon.art/maps

A tiny browser guide hub for Mecha Chameleon route notes

I put together a small browser-friendly guide hub for players looking up Mecha Chameleon / Meccha Chameleon notes while comparing maps and routes.

Main resource: https://mechachameleon.games/

The page is meant as a quick fan-made companion rather than an official game build. It focuses on:

play notes for hide-and-seek style rounds

controls and browser access reminders

map references and route ideas

links back to related community resources

It is unofficial and not affiliated with LEMORION or the official Steam release. The goal is simply to make the useful notes easier to open from a browser when players are checking routes or hiding spots.

Related atlas: https://mecchachameleon.art/

Building a tiny browser atlas for a hide-and-seek game

I have been turning Meccha Chameleon notes into a small browser atlas: a lightweight reference page for hiding spots, camouflage ideas, and quick map reminders.

The goal is simple: when a player is testing hiding routes or looking for a map reference, the page should load fast, avoid friction, and keep the useful notes close to the screenshot or map context.

What is live now:

50 hiding spot references across 5 map groups

short camouflage and map-reading notes

bilingual pages for English and Chinese readers

a public GitHub list for community contributions

Main atlas: https://mecchachameleon.art/

itch.io devlog: https://mecchachameleon.itch.io/meccha-chameleon-art/devlog/1567057/fan-atlas-update-50-hiding-spots-and-map-references-are-live

GitHub resource list: https://github.com/zlc000190/AwesomeMecchaChameleonHideSpot

A few implementation notes that helped:

Keep every page self-explanatory so users can jump in from search without needing a tutorial.

Use stable, descriptive URLs for map groups and references.

Keep the fan-project disclaimer visible, because the atlas is an unofficial companion and not an official release.

Make external resources easy to audit: Steam, itch.io, IndieDB, and GitHub should all point back to the same canonical atlas.

This is an unofficial fan-made companion project for Meccha Chameleon. It does not redistribute official game assets, art, audio, or source code.

Building a Fan-Made Source-Code Portal for Indie Games

I built mecchachameleon.art — a fan-made portal that surfaces indie games which ship with source code, so other devs can learn by cloning.

The premise is simple:

Many indie devs on itch.io release their Godot, Ren'Py, GB Studio, PICO-8, and Bevy projects with source included (often under MIT or CC0).

Most "play free games" sites embed the games but ignore the source-code aspect.

Source-code learning is genuinely underserved vs. pure play-and-forget portals.

What I shipped:

44 free HTML5 indie games playable in-browser (curated from itch.io, all credit back to the original devs)

4 Godot starter projects linked with full source + credits (Learn Godot's GDScript From Zero, Godot 4 Beginner Pack, Godot Coloring Game Template, Wordle English)

Every game page credits the original developer and links to their itch.io / Steam page

Multilingual (en / ru, more planned)

~50 pages total, Next.js shipany template, Dokploy deploy

 The technical pipeline

The curation loop is the interesting part. Each game goes through:

Discovery — scrape itch.io tag pages (
free + platform-web
+ engine tag), dedupe by URL.

Verification — open each game detail page via headless browser, check that
load_iframe_btn
exists (HTML5 web playable) and that the price badge says
FREE
or
donate_btn
only (PWYW, no fixed price).

Categorization — score by tag priority:
source-code > kid-friendly > cozy > no-violence > html5 > pixel > godot
.

Page generation — Next.js generates per-game pages with: embed iframe, source-code download link (if available), credit line, language switcher.

Verification is ~1 game per 3 seconds via headless Chrome, so a full sweep of 200 candidates finishes in ~10 minutes.

What I learned about fan-made framing

The biggest design question was: how do you re-host a game without (a) stealing from the developer or (b) looking like a doorway site?

Three rules I ended up with:

Never host the game files. Always iframe itch.io's HTML5 embed. The original host gets all the download/visit traffic.

Never change the title or remove attribution. Every page shows "by [original dev], original at [itch.io URL]" prominently.

Add value the original doesn't. For me that's the source-code link (the original page often buries it) and a "fan-made unofficial" disclaimer.

This keeps Google happy (no content duplication) and developers happy (they keep all the traffic).

 What's next

The biggest gap is per-game tutorials. The 4 source-code projects I link to are great starter codebases, but a new dev staring at
Learn Godot's GDScript From Zero
doesn't necessarily know which file to open first. If anyone's interested in writing a 500-word "build this game in 1 hour" tutorial for one of the listed projects, drop me a note — I'll add it to the game page and credit you as a contributor.

Source for everything: mecchachameleon.art

Wyoming LLC Registration for Non-US Founders: Complete 2026 Guide

If you are building a business outside the United States but want to accept Stripe payments, open a US bank account, or sell on Amazon and Shopify, a Wyoming LLC is the fastest and most cost-effective legal structure available to you as a foreign national. Wyoming has quietly become the default choice for non-US founders — and after going through the process myself, I can tell you exactly why.

Why Wyoming? The Advantages That Actually Matter

Wyoming did not become the top pick for international founders by accident. The state has deliberately built a legal environment that favors privacy, low cost, and minimal bureaucracy.

No state income tax. Wyoming has zero state income tax for individuals or corporations. Your LLC's profits flow through to you personally, and Wyoming takes nothing. For a founder in Singapore, India, the EU, or China, this means your US entity does not create a second layer of state-level tax.

Strong privacy laws. Wyoming does not require you to list member names on public records. When you file your Articles of Organization, only your registered agent's address appears in the public database. This makes Wyoming one of the most popular anonymous LLC states in the country — a meaningful advantage if you want your ownership structure kept private.

Low annual cost. Wyoming's annual report fee is just $60. Compare that to Delaware ($300+ for franchise tax) or California ($800 minimum franchise tax). For a bootstrapped founder, this difference is real money.

Flexible ownership rules. Wyoming allows single-member LLCs owned entirely by foreign nationals. You do not need a US co-founder, US partner, or US investor to form one. One person, anywhere in the world, can own 100% of a Wyoming LLC.

What You Need Before You Start

Before you file anything, gather these three items. Missing any one of them will stall your application.

 1. A Registered Agent in Wyoming

Wyoming law requires every LLC to maintain a registered agent for LLC with a physical address in the state. A registered agent is a person or company that receives official legal documents — lawsuits, state notices, tax correspondence — on your LLC's behalf during normal business hours.

As a non-US founder, you almost certainly do not have a physical presence in Wyoming. That means you need to hire a registered agent service. Costs typically range from $0 to $150 per year depending on the provider. This is a legal requirement, not optional.

If you are unclear on what this role involves, what is a registered agent for an LLC is a question worth understanding fully before you file — the registered agent's address appears on your public formation documents.

 2. Your LLC Name

Your business name must include "LLC" or "Limited Liability Company" and must be unique within Wyoming's database. Run a quick name search on the Wyoming Secretary of State website before you commit. Common rejection reasons: names too similar to existing entities, or prohibited words like "bank" or "insurance."

 3. An EIN (Employer Identification Number)

An EIN is your LLC's federal tax ID number, issued by the IRS. You need it to open a US bank account, hire employees, and file federal taxes. Foreign nationals without a US Social Security Number can apply for an EIN by fax using IRS Form SS-4 — the process is free but takes 4 to 6 weeks via fax.

 Step-by-Step Wyoming LLC Registration Process

Step 1: Choose your LLC name
Search the Wyoming Secretary of State's business name database. Confirm your desired name is available and complies with naming rules.

Step 2: Appoint a registered agent
Select a registered agent service with a physical Wyoming address. Confirm they will accept service of process and provide you with a consent form or address confirmation for your filing.

Step 3: File your Articles of Organization
Submit Wyoming's Articles of Organization form to the Secretary of State. You can file online or by mail. The state filing fee is $100. Online filings are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Mail filings take 5 to 10 business days.

Step 4: Create an Operating Agreement
Wyoming does not legally require an operating agreement, but every serious founder should have one. This internal document defines ownership percentages, voting rights, profit distribution, and what happens if a member leaves. Banks often request it when you open a business account.

Step 5: Apply for your EIN
After your Articles of Organization are approved, apply for your EIN with the IRS. Use Form SS-4, complete the "foreign" section, and submit by fax to the IRS international EIN line. Keep your approval letter (CP 575) — you will need it for banking.

Step 6: Open a US business bank account
With your Articles of Organization, EIN, and Operating Agreement in hand, you can apply for a US business bank account. Several fintech options (Mercury, Relay, Brex) have become popular with non-US founders because they offer online applications without requiring an in-person visit to a US branch.

Cost Breakdown: What Wyoming LLC Registration Actually Costs

Item

Cost

State filing fee (Articles of Organization)

$100 (one-time)

Registered agent service

$0–$150/year

EIN application

Free (IRS)

Operating Agreement (DIY)

Free

Total first-year estimate

$100–$250

Annual renewal after year one is the $60 Wyoming annual report fee plus your registered agent cost. There is no state income tax, no minimum franchise tax, and no revenue-based fees.

Wyoming vs New Mexico LLC: Quick Comparison

Both states are popular with non-US founders. Here is how they compare on the factors that matter most.

Factor

Wyoming LLC

New Mexico LLC

State filing fee

$100

$50

Annual report / renewal fee

$60/year

None (no annual report required)

Privacy / anonymous ownership

Yes

Yes

State income tax

None

None

New Mexico LLC has one notable advantage: there is no annual report and no annual fee after formation. If you are extremely cost-conscious in year one and beyond, New Mexico is worth considering. Wyoming wins on reputation, legal precedent, and broader acceptance by US banks and payment processors.

If you are still comparing options across multiple states, the full breakdown at best state to form an LLC covers the trade-offs in detail.

 Common Mistakes Non-US Founders Make

Skipping the Operating Agreement. Banks, payment processors, and potential US partners will ask for it. A missing Operating Agreement signals an incomplete setup and can delay your account openings by weeks.

Using a personal address as the registered agent address. This is both a privacy risk and a compliance issue in Wyoming. Your registered agent must have a physical Wyoming address. A PO box does not qualify.

Treating the EIN as optional until later. Some founders form the LLC and assume they can "get the EIN when needed." In practice, you cannot open a US bank account, verify Stripe, or file taxes without one. Apply for your EIN immediately after your Articles of Organization are approved.

 FAQ

Do I need a US address to form a Wyoming LLC?

No. As a foreign national, you can form a Wyoming LLC using your home country address as your personal address on file. Your registered agent's Wyoming address fulfills the state's physical address requirement. You do not need to be present in the US at any point during formation.

How long does Wyoming LLC registration take?

Online filings are typically processed in 1 to 3 business days. Mail filings take 5 to 10 business days. EIN processing via fax adds 4 to 6 weeks to your timeline. If you need to move fast, file online and budget 6 weeks total before your full setup — LLC plus bank account — is operational.

Can I open a US bank account with a Wyoming LLC?

Yes. A properly formed Wyoming LLC with an EIN and Operating Agreement is sufficient to apply for a US business bank account. Traditional banks may require an in-person visit, but several digital-first banks and fintech platforms accept non-US founders with fully online applications. Your LLC formation documents are what qualify you — not your US residency status.

LLC Class publishes free step-by-step guides for non-US founders forming US LLCs — start there if you want to go deeper on any part of this process.

A practical workflow for turning AI images into short videos

AI image generation and image-to-video generation are often presented as separate tasks. In practice, the quality of a short video depends heavily on the still image you start with.

This is the workflow we use while building Seedream AI Studio, a browser-based workspace that combines Seedream image models with several video-generation options.

 1. Design the image for motion

Before generating an image, decide how it should move. An image with one clear subject, visible depth, and a simple background is usually easier to animate than a crowded composition.

Product shots often work well from a three-quarter angle because the video model has enough spatial information to create a small rotation or camera move. For characters, a pose that already suggests action gives the model a clearer continuation.

 2. Separate the image prompt from the motion prompt

The image prompt should describe what exists in the frame:

A ceramic coffee cup on a wooden table, warm window light, three-quarter product angle, shallow depth of field

The motion prompt should describe only what changes:

The camera slowly moves closer while steam rises from the cup. Keep the product shape and background stable.

If the composition is wrong, change the image prompt. If the movement is wrong, change the motion prompt.

 3. Start with restrained motion

Short generated videos usually benefit from one subject action and one camera action. A useful first test has one clear subject, a locked camera or slow push-in, subtle environmental motion, and a short duration.

After the first result, change one variable at a time. This helps identify whether the input image, motion description, or selected model caused the problem.

 4. Choose models by task

Different models can behave differently on product shots, characters, stylized art, and cinematic scenes. Use a faster option for early tests, then compare stronger candidates with the same image and motion prompt.

Seedream AI Studio provides Seedream options for image generation and connects the image-to-video workflow with models including Kling, Hailuo, Wan, Pixverse, Veo, and Seedance. Keeping both steps in one browser workflow makes it easier to reuse the original frame.

 5. Treat the result as a source clip

A generated result may still need trimming, music, captions, a final product frame, and export in the correct aspect ratio. Planning for this final edit avoids overloading the generation prompt with work that is easier to control in an editor.

 Checklist

Pick one clear subject.

Decide the intended motion.

Create an image with depth and subject separation.

Write a short motion-only prompt.

Test restrained movement first.

Compare models with identical inputs.

Edit the selected result as a source clip.

You can try this workflow at Seedream AI Studio.

Disclosure: Seedream AI Studio is our product. This post describes the workflow and currently available model categories; it does not claim affiliation with the model providers.

Seedream AI: Generate Images with Seedream 4.5/5.0 and Animate Them into Video

If you've been exploring AI image tools, you've probably heard of Seedream — ByteDance's flagship image generation model. What you might not know is that there's now a free web app that combines Seedream 4.5, 5.0, 5.0 Lite, and 4.0 with one-click video animation — all in a single workflow.

I've been using Seedream AI for the past few weeks, and here's what makes it worth trying.

 What Is Seedream AI?

Seedream AI (seedream4.video) is an AI creative studio that lets you:

Generate images using any Seedream version (4.0 / 4.5 / 5.0 / 5.0 Lite)

Animate any image into a 5–15 second video using Kling 2.1

Do both in the same tab, with no switching between tools

The free tier gives you 30 credits/month with no credit card required — enough to try every model.

 The Four Seedream Models

Model

Best For

Credits

Seedream 5.0 Lite

Fast drafts, high volume

1 credit

Seedream 4.5

Balanced quality, daily use

2 credits

Seedream 4.0

Anime & illustration styles

2 credits

Seedream 5.0

Photo-realistic hero shots

3 credits

My workflow: draft with 5.0 Lite → refine with 4.5 → final render with 5.0.

 Image-to-Video in One Click

The killer feature is the animate page. After generating an image, you click "Animate This" and Kling 2.1 converts it into a short video. The result quality surprised me — motion feels natural, not the robotic interpolation you see from cheaper tools.

 Pricing

Free: 30 credits/month, watermarked, no signup

Lite: $15/month — 300 credits, no watermark

Pro: $45/month — 900 credits, full commercial rights

See the full pricing page.

 Try It Free

No account needed for the free tier. Go to seedream4.video/image-generator and type a prompt. You'll get your first image in 12–30 seconds.

If you want to see the image-to-video flow, check the animate demo — there are pre-loaded examples showing what Kling 2.1 does with different styles.

Have you tried Seedream 5.0 yet? Curious how others are using it — drop a comment below.

What Is an AI Business Operator? How a One Person Company Runs Like a Full Team

📌 This post was originally published on the MyTalos blog.

There is a difference between owning a drill and having a carpenter. Most AI products today are drills — powerful tools that still need someone to pick them up, aim them, and decide what to build. An AI Business Operator is closer to the carpenter: it does not just answer a question or generate a draft, it takes over a job and keeps it moving.

The Problem: Tools Multiplied, Time Did Not

Over the last few years, founders gained an incredible arsenal — an AI tool for copywriting, one for images, one for ads, one for outbound, one for analytics. Each is genuinely useful.

But every tool added a new tab, a new login, and a new decision. The founder became the integration layer — the human glue connecting a dozen point solutions. For a solo founder especially, this created a strange outcome: more capability, but not more output.

What an AI Business Operator Is

An AI Business Operator is software that runs the execution layer of a business end to end. Instead of producing one isolated output, it owns a workflow — connecting strategy to action to follow-through the way an operations lead or a chief of staff would.

Three things define it:

It works across functions, not within one. A copywriting tool writes copy. An AI Business Operator decides the offer, writes the page, launches the campaign, runs the outreach, and reports what happened.

It maintains context. It remembers the business — the positioning, the customer, the goals — so each task connects to the last.

It drives a loop, not a task. The job is not "write this email." The job is "grow this business," broken into a repeating cycle of create, launch, acquire, follow up, and optimize.

AI Tool vs. AI Agent vs. AI Business Operator

AI Tool — a single-purpose product that produces an output on request. Prompt in, draft out; the thinking about what to do with it stays with you.

AI Agent — can take a goal, break it into steps, and use other tools with some autonomy. But most agents are still task-scoped: point one at "research these ten companies" and it does that one thing, then stops.

AI Business Operator — business-scoped. It holds the context of the whole company and runs the recurring operating loop that keeps revenue moving. It uses tools and agents the way a manager uses a team — as means to an outcome.

The progression is from doing a thing, to completing a task, to running a function.

Why a One Person Company Needs One

For a one person company, the binding constraint is never ambition or skill. It is execution capacity — formation, positioning, landing pages, ads, outbound, funnels, and follow-up all demanding the same single pair of hands.

A solo founder has two choices to break that constraint:

Hire a team — which adds cost, management overhead, and the very complexity the founder was trying to avoid.

Add an operator layer — software that absorbs the repeatable execution so the founder can stay on strategy and customers.

An AI Business Operator is the second option made real. It lets one person run like a focused team without becoming a manager of people.

 What to Look For

Judge this category the way you would judge an operations hire, not a tool:

Does it hold context? It should understand your specific business, not treat every request as a blank slate.

Does it close loops? Generating an asset is easy. Launching it, following up, and reporting results is the valuable part.

Does it reduce decisions, or add them?

Does it move from idea to outcome? The real test is a published page, a running campaign, a measurable result.

If a product just generates content and hands it back, it is a tool wearing a bigger title.

 The Operator Behind the Founder

Mythology gave us Talos — a bronze automaton built to guard an island, patrol without sleep, and defend what one person alone could not protect. The point of an AI Business Operator is not to replace the founder's judgment. It is to be the tireless operator that carries the execution, so the founder's limited attention goes to the decisions only a human should make.

For the solo founder, that is the whole promise: a one person company that no longer feels like a one person army.

I'm building MyTalos, an AI Business Operator for one person company founders. If you want to run like a full team while staying a team of one, join the waitlist.

How to Start and Run a One Person Company in 2026: The Operator's Playbook

📌 This post was originally published on the MyTalos blog.

Most advice for founders assumes a team is coming. Hire a marketer, bring on a developer, find a co-founder. But a growing number of people are deliberately choosing a different path: building a profitable business that stays exactly one person deep. If that is you, the rules are different — and most startup playbooks will quietly work against you.

This is a practical guide to starting and running a one person company in 2026. No funding round, no org chart, no headcount plan. Just one operator, a clear offer, and a system that keeps the business moving while you sleep.

What a One Person Company Actually Is

A one person company is a real, revenue-generating business where a single founder owns the strategy, the delivery, and the growth. It is not a side hustle waiting to "graduate" into a startup, and it is not a freelancer trading hours for cash with no leverage. The defining trait is leverage without headcount: software, automation, and repeatable systems do the work a department used to do.

The model works in 2026 for three reasons:

Tooling collapsed the cost of execution. Tasks that once required a hire are now one prompt or one workflow away.

Distribution is permissionless. You can reach a global audience from a laptop without a sales team or a media budget.

Buyers trust focused operators. A specific solution from one credible person often beats a generic offer from a faceless brand.

The constraint is no longer ambition or even skill. It is execution capacity — the simple fact that one pair of hands can only do so much in a day.

Step 1: Choose an Offer Before You Choose a Name

Start with the offer, not the branding:

Pick a problem you can solve repeatedly. Repeatability is what makes a one person company scalable.

Define the outcome, not the deliverable. "I help Shopify stores cut returns by 20%" beats "I do email marketing."

Price for value, not time. Hourly pricing caps your income at the hours you have.

Step 2: Set Up the Legal and Financial Base

A simple legal entity (an LLC or local equivalent) to separate personal and business liability.

A dedicated business bank account so your books stay clean from day one.

A lightweight bookkeeping system.

Contracts and terms for anything you sell.

Keep this layer boring on purpose.

Step 3: Build the Acquisition Loop

Attract — pick one primary channel to start. Spreading across five platforms is the fastest way to do all of them badly.

Convert — send attention to a single, clear landing page. One offer, one promise, one call to action.

Follow up — most sales happen after the first touch. The step solo founders skip most is often the highest-ROI work in the whole business.

 Step 4: Protect Execution Capacity

Systematize the repeatable. Done a task three times? It becomes a template or an automation.

Batch similar work. Context-switching is a silent tax.

Automate the handoffs. The gaps between steps are where solo businesses leak the most.

Decide weekly, not constantly.

Step 5: Run the Operating Loop

Create — ship the one asset that moves the business this week.

Launch — put it in front of people through your primary channel.

Acquire — drive traffic into the converting landing page.

Follow up — work the sequence that turns interest into revenue.

Optimize — review the numbers once, decide one change, start again.

A one person company that depends on 12-hour days is not a business model, it is a countdown. The operating loop is designed to be sustainable — small, repeatable, and compounding.

The Mindset That Makes It Work

The founders who thrive solo stop thinking like a smaller startup and start thinking like an operator. They are ruthless about focus, allergic to busywork, and obsessed with systems that run without them. A one person company should not feel like a one person army.

I'm building MyTalos, an AI Business Operator for one person company founders — it takes over the repeatable execution (landing pages, ads, outbound, lead funnels) so a single founder can run like a focused team. If that's the business you're building, join the waitlist.
