No AI hallucinations or invented product details — if the information isn't in your docs, the bot clearly states it doesn't know.</p> <h2> Why We Opted Out of a Monthly Subscription </h2> <p>Most AI customer support tools use recurring monthly plans. We found this unfair for early-stage SaaS, micro-tools, and open-source projects where question volume fluctuates.</p> <p>Here is how we structured the pricing model instead ($0 / month):</p> <ul> <li>You don't pay a fixed fee just for having the widget active on your site. If it's a quiet month with zero questions, your bill is $0.</li> <li>Prepaid Message Packs: You purchase a pack of 2,000 answered questions for $20. These credits never expire; they set your own pace based on your traffic.</li> <li>Unanswered Questions are FREE: If a visitor asks something that isn't covered in your .md file, it costs 0 credits.
