I recently published an open-source Windows Forms application built with C# / .NET designed for real-time hardware temperature monitoring and dynamic PWM fan speed control: Cooler Speed Change &amp;amp; Management.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Features&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Real-Time Monitoring: Continuous tracking and live graphing of CPU and GPU core temperatures.&lt;br&gt;
Dynamic PWM Fan Control: Individual selection and manual control for compatible cooling fans.&lt;br&gt;
Low Overhead: Engineered with async/await and background tasks (Task.Run) to deliver precise telemetry with zero UI freezing and minimal CPU usage.&lt;br&gt;
Powered by LibreHardwareMonitor: Built on top of robust low-level hardware APIs.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Multi-Language Support&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;
The UI supports multiple languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, German, Italian, French, and Simplified Chinese.&lt;/p&gt;
