How I got 3 offers in 1 month

Hey Folks,

I will keep this short. I know many people in tech are struggling right now with finding a job. I'm not gonna bs you, there are tons of useless crap pouring from every influencer or youtube tech gurus and neither worked for me. Eventually I did things smarter way and got 3 job offers and many interviews within 1 month

You do exactly this and YOU WILL GET A JOB, within 2 months Period.

First make your Resume 1 page simple - this what I used.. Does the job.

I used chrome extension that was changing my resume for every application. This what I believe boosted my interviews, i was getting like 2 interviews a day. There are many such tools.. google them, most asked for monthly subscription, fuck them too. I got free one at this discord servers that worked for pennies with my own chatgpt api key.

Apply on Linkedin, 50 jobs a day, Every day! But only tailoring it with the extension above. Without that its waste of time

Interview stage.. with tailoring my cv for every job I had knowledge gaps obviously, I used InveviewCoder or if you are broke there are free and much cheaper versions doing exactly same like this - basically it was putting AI responses when interviewer was asking questions. By now you probably know my position to Tech companies.. this sons of bitches force us to jump hoops to get damn intership which might not even result in a job offer. Non of the fields have this level of messed up competition and interview process, so they can stick their interview process in their a**

Preparing for questions that AI didn't cover. I used prepare.sh they had some free questions for specific companies and it was great help and confidence boost before the interview

Hey folks,

Recently I worte an article about current DevOps job market in 2025
Last year I did a pet project to scrape interviews from Linkedin and few weeks ago I did that again March '25

Here are some stats I got:
Golang went up +13% (largest jump from just 5% to 18%).
Terraform +9% increase
GitHub Actions +6%
Python +8%

Another weird thing is Jenkins is going up +6%

Cloud certificates are getting mentioned much less and seems no as relevant as they used to (around 20% drop which is massive)

There are more statistics to this analysis. You can check in my full article.

Thanks
