Introducing Leadline: Turn Exhibitor Lists into Contacts for B2B Outreach

An exhibitor directory tells you which companies are attending a trade show. Finding the right people at those companies is another task entirely.

For exhibition agencies, stall fabricators and B2B sales teams, that often means opening company websites, searching for decision-makers and copying contact details into a spreadsheet—one exhibitor at a time.

We built Leadline by EaseMyExpo to reduce that manual research.

 What does Leadline do?

Leadline helps teams turn exhibition floor plans, exhibitor directories and company lists into contact lists for outreach.

You can start with:

An uploaded exhibition floor plan

An exhibitor directory URL

A list of company names

Leadline searches for decision-makers and available contact details, including work emails, direct phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles.

You can then export the results to CSV.

 Why start with an exhibition?

A trade show gives your research a specific context: companies participating in a particular event.

A stall fabricator might research exhibitors that could need design and construction support. An agency might identify brands to approach before a show. A sales team might shortlist relevant companies for meetings.

The exhibition provides the starting list. Leadline helps with the next step: finding people to contact.

 A practical workflow

 1. Choose the show

Start with an exhibition relevant to your services, market or location.

 2. Add the exhibitor information

Upload the floor plan, paste the directory URL or enter company names.

 3. Review the results

Check the companies and available contacts. Shortlist people whose roles are relevant to your offer.

 4. Export your contacts

Download the results as a CSV for your sales workflow. Work emails are verified at export, and companies that return no results incur no charge.

 5. Make the outreach relevant

Contact research is preparation. Your message still needs a clear reason for reaching out.

Explain how your offer relates to the company, the event or the person’s responsibilities. Review each contact before using it, and respect requests to stop communication.

 What makes Leadline different?

Leadline starts with materials exhibition teams already use: floor plans and exhibitor directories.

The aim is to shorten the path between “these companies are exhibiting” and “these are the relevant people we should consider contacting.”

It focuses on contact discovery and export. Your team decides whom to approach and what to say.

 We’d like your feedback

If you research companies around trade shows, which part takes the most time: extracting exhibitor names, identifying relevant roles or checking contact details?

Explore Leadline by EaseMyExpo at leadline.in.

Building Boothlane: Bringing Exhibition and Event Design into the Browser

A client asks for an exhibition stall concept. You build the layout, add branding, place furniture and prepare the visuals.

Then the brief changes.

The reception counter needs to move. The fascia needs a different shape. The client wants to compare another colour scheme.

For exhibition and event teams, revising the design is part of the job. We’re building Boothlane by EaseMyExpo to make that process easier to manage in the browser.

 What is Boothlane?

Boothlane is a browser-based 3D design platform for exhibition stalls and event spaces.

It’s built for exhibition designers, agencies, fabricators, exhibitors and event teams who need to develop layouts and explain their ideas to clients.

Users can start with a ready-made template or build their own layout, then customise dimensions, colours, branding, furniture and lighting.

 Why editable 3D matters

An attractive image helps communicate a concept. An editable layout lets the team keep working on it.

When a client asks to move a wall or change a display counter, the design needs to support that revision. That’s why editable 3D is central to Boothlane’s workflow.

The goal is to help teams move through a practical sequence:

Plan the space → customise the design → present it → revise it.

 Exhibition stalls and event spaces

Boothlane supports both sides of this work.

For exhibitions, teams can plan inline, corner, peninsula and island stalls, with custom branding, product displays, meeting areas and fascia.

For events, they can create layouts for conferences, product launches and award nights, including stages, LED walls and seating.

Both require an understanding of space: where people enter, what they see and how they move around.

 From layout to presentation

Boothlane brings together tools for designing and presenting a space:

High-quality renders

360-degree walkthrough videos

AR and VR previews

Working drawings

Custom fascia design

Model import and export for 3ds Max workflows

These outputs serve different conversations. A render helps explain the look. A walkthrough helps explain the space. Working drawings help communicate the design to the production team.

 What we want to learn

Building a browser-based design product means paying attention to more than the final visual. Object placement, navigation and everyday editing need to feel clear enough that users can focus on the brief.

We’d love feedback from people building or using visual editors:

What makes a browser-based 3D editor feel intuitive—and what makes you abandon one?

You can explore Boothlane by EaseMyExpo at easemyexpo.com.
