Hey devs,

I got completely exhausted acting as a human copy-paste bridge. My daily workflow was an endless loop of writing code, jumping to a terminal, copying stack traces from a crash, pasting them into a ChatGPT tab, and then moving cards around on a project board. So, I decided to build a solution from scratch in my room here in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Meet BuildrsHQ. It’s a unified workspace that binds your text editor, terminal, AI pair programmer, team chat, and CI/CD into a single ecosystem. The Technical Stack Behind It:

• Real-time Syncing: Powered by Yjs CRDTs for completely conflict-free live co-editing.

• Sandboxed Execution: The shell runs inside a secure xterm.js browser environment.

• The AI Layer: It uses Groq for super-fast speeds and Google Gemini for deep codebase context.

When a terminal test or build fails, the background AI agents natively intercept the live runtime context, map it against the dependency graph, scaffold the patch, and re-run the verification instantly without you leaving your tab.We officially launch on November 1st, 2026. The early-access waitlist is open right now at: https://waitlist.buildrshq.dev.

I would love to get your technical feedback and also, What features are absolutely critical to make you try a unified command center over your current VS Code/Cursor setup?
