But I'd like to work as a freelance application developer in my free time (4 hours a day). I use PHP, Python and .Net. I've yet seen the major freelancing platforms. But they are almost all paying or it is very difficult to find a project especially if you don't have any payment method other than Western Union. So, don't be harsh and be kind if someone do need my services. I look for mini-projects of little scale and work for 10$ per hours. Thanks.</p>
