What if the world connects with unlimited data at the speed of light?⚡

I learned a new thing today while reading about 5G technology.

In that, people think that 5G means carrying more data at the higher speed. But it is not so, it is about carrying less information at a higher speed.

Then a thought occurred to me🤔

What id the world could connect with unlimited data at the speed of light❔ And it is always free for everyone.

This would be an amazing feat, and may be possible in the future💭

This would revolutionize how we live and work!

What innovations will happen if such a thing happens?

And what will you do using it?

I love watching high-resolution films😃

What would it be like if everyone in this Dev community had the opportunity to go on an adventure trip together?
I do not know if this will happen!

But what if everyone at the company you work for had the opportunity to make a six-month trip (the full cost would be borne by your company)

What kind of journey would you like to embark on?

What kind of places would you go to?

Or tell me about it if you've ever been on a trip and I'm eager to get to know them 🤩

I have read many times whether developers like dog or cat.

I like both of them.
But a little too much love on dogs😊

Well which animal do you like❔
It doesn't necessarily have to be a dog or cat.

If yes, how do you think life came to be complete?

Otherwise, what do you think will make your life complete?

So far I have never feel like that!
I have no idea what will complete my life 😅

How to postpone The Death of Programmers?

 HELLO PROGRAMERS

I would like to ask you some questions before reading this.
Please answer me😟

How much time do you spend in front of the monitor / programing-work in one day?

How much do you reduce your computer working hours after reading this post?

Do you have any ideas to product your body and mental health? ( this will help others )

Tell us your experience or suggestion about it if you have a preference.

Technology is growing rapidly in this century.
But at the same time Health problems are growing. Mainly for those who work on the computer.

And many parents give their a children a mobile phone at the early age, which affects their children's health and makes them addicted to mobile phones. So parents please avoid it.

Ok. We now return to today's topic :D

 Thrombosis

Deep-vein thrombosis is the formation of blood clots, which can travel to the brain and lungs, causing strokes, pulmonary embolisms, and other urgent health conditions.

The term thrombosis was recently coined, referring to the long hours and sedentary lifestyle of many computer users and IT professionals.

Extended sedentary periods can cause these dangerous blood clots to form.

Prevention: If you tend to spend long periods sitting at a desk, regularly stand up for a short break—at least every hour or so. Even a quick walk to the bathroom or water fountain can get your blood flowing and prevent clots. You might also want to consider purchasing a standing desk.

 Heart disease

Studies have shown a heightened risk of
heart disease

among those people who spend most of their days sitting. According to NPR, a 2010 study found that "men who reported more than 23 hours a week of sedentary activity had a 64 percent greater risk of dying from heart disease than those who reported less than 11 hours a week of sedentary activity."

For IT professionals who spend most of their time sitting in front of a computer, this should sound an alarm.

Prevention: Get in the habit of taking regular short breaks to get your legs moving for a few minutes. Some studies have shown that frequent breaks every 15 minutes or so will help. You can also get in the habit of doing simple exercises whenever you're reading something and not interacting with a computer.

 Cancer

In addition to thrombosis and heart disease, recent medical research has found a link between physical inactivity and certain cancers, particularly breast and colon cancer.

Prevention: Maintaining healthy habits is important; cancer studies have found that just 30 minutes of light exercise per day can help to maintain your health and help ward off some cancers. In addition, cancer screening can save lives. If you're an IT professional who spends a lot of time in a chair, consult with your doctor about your lifestyle habits and discuss screening options.

 Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

-A common problem among computer users, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome occurs when the major nerve in the wrist becomes compressed after continual physical stress.
-The condition starts gradually, with symptoms such as burning or tingling in the hand, but it can eventually lead to severe pain and decreased wrist mobility.

Prevention: Regularly stretching your wrists can help combat early symptoms, but it’s especially important to make sure your workstation is ergonomically correct. You should be 2 feet away from your screen, with the top of the viewing area at eye level. When typing, keep your wrists straight, with your elbows at a 90-degree angle.

 Vitamin D deficiency

Most people get the vitamin D they need through sun exposure.

But if you’re in a northern climate and you spend most of your time indoors handling IT concerns, you might not be getting the vitamin D you need.

Vitamin D deficiency has been linked to a variety of health problems, including bone diseases, multiple sclerosis, and certain cancers.

Prevention: In addition to taking regular short walks outside or taking a daily multivitamin, you can get vitamin D through your diet. For example, eating fortified cereals and fatty fish like salmon and tuna can help keep your vitamin D level normal.

 Bacterial infections

Recent studies have shown that most keyboards and cell phones are teeming with bacteria and other microorganisms.

In addition to spreading cold and flu bugs, dirty tech tools can lead to staph and other serious infections.

Prevention: Regularly wiping your keyboard and other desk surfaces with an antibacterial wipe will help prevent bacterial infections. If you spend a lot of time working at other peoples’ machines, keep a bottle of hand sanitizer around. If you tend to eat lunch or snacks while working, be sure to keep your hands clean.

 Anxiety, stress, and depression

Recently, British scientists discovered a link between computer usage and
depression

IT workers typically manage crises and disaster recovery, which can be extremely stressful. In addition to causing mood swings and anxiety, recurring stress can lead to a variety of physical symptoms.

Prevention: Limiting computer use, especially time on the Internet, during non-work hours can help you avoid depression. Consult your doctor if you experience symptoms such as extended tiredness and disinterest in things you normally enjoy.

For stress and anxiety, exercise is an effective way to safely burn off steam.
Calming forms of exercise, including yoga and tai chi, can be especially helpful for stress reduction. Breathing methods,
meditation, and relaxation techniques can also help soothe your body and mind.

 Insomnia

Many IT workers use their electronic devices late into the evening.

But staring at an illuminated screen before bedtime can limit the body’s production of melatonin, a hormone that helps you fall asleep.

Chronic insomnia can lead to other health problems.

Prevention: Consider switching your electronic devices off an hour or half-hour before going to sleep. Dim the lights and read a book to help prepare your body for rest.

 Lower back pain

Slouching in an office chair for hours at a time can cause serious aches and pains, especially in the lower back.

Over time, bad posture can permanently damage the spinal structure, leading to severe, chronic pain.

Prevention:

To avoid lower back pain, pay constant attention to your posture. Placing a lumbar support pillow behind your lower back can help.

Even using a rolled towel or thin pillow behind your lower back can improve support. Also, be sure to remove any items from your back pockets to avoid creating pressure points and an awkward spine angle.

 Neck and eye strain

Regular computer usage can lead to neck strain, usually due to improperly adjusted monitors.

The habit of tucking a phone between your ear and shoulder for extended periods of time can also lead to stiff neck muscles and cramps.

Also, squinting at the computer screen or your mobile device screen for hours on end can lead to eye strain and headaches.

Prevention:
For neck pain, adjust your chair and monitor so that the screen is at eye level and your neck is not tilted while you work.

If you’re using a laptop, you can place books or some other sturdy support underneath it to get it at the proper sight level.

For eye strain, the Mayo Clinic suggests following the
20/20/20 rule:
after 20 minutes of computer work, look at an object about 20 feet away for about 20 seconds.

You should also check with your eye doctor to make sure your glasses or contacts are optimized for computer work.

Today's some Interesting Facts😱

Hair and nails grow faster during pregnancy.

A surprising side effect of pregnancy is that nails and hair grow faster than usual.

This is due to changes in hormones as well as increased blood circulation and metabolism supplying nutrients. According to Amy O'Connor, writing for What to Expect, a pregnant person's hair also "might feel thicker and look more shiny and healthy than usual."

Though she warns that it can occasionally mean that the expecting "may suddenly sprout strands in places [they'd] rather not."

Scientists have partially revived disembodied pig brains.

In April 2019, a team at Yale was able to restore partial functionality to the brains of decapitated pigs for 10 hours or more after the animal's death.

Neuroscientist Nenad Sestan, who participated in the experiment, explained that the result might allow us to "better understand how brain cells react to circulatory arrest" and "test whether some cellular functions can be restored in the brain after death."

 Sweat doesn't actually stink.

You might notice that any sweat you produce right after a shower doesn't smell so bad.

That's because your sweat itself isn't stinky; it's the bacteria on your skin that breaks the sweat down that causes the odor.

Additionally, you'll find that the sweat on your arms and legs doesn't smell as much as your armpits. That's because sweat glands in your armpits secrete more protein into a dark, damp environment—the perfect place and food for bacteria.

The normal human being sweats around 278 gallons EACH year.

This is said to be enough to fill up the gas tank of three mid-size SUVs.

Maybe sweat should be the next alternative fuel. Instead of having to pay hundreds of dollars a year to fill up your car, you could just sweat it out at the gym a few times a week. It’s just the stench you’d have to deal with.

 Humans can sweat blood.

It’s a rare condition called Hematohidrosis. Hematidrosis is a condition in which capillary blood vessels that feed the sweat glands rupture, causing them to discharge blood, occurring under conditions of extreme physical or emotional stress.

This condition is so rare, not many cases have been recorded. Leonardo Da Vinci described a soldier who sweated blood before battle.

The phenomenon has also been observed in individuals condemned to execution, a case occurring during the London blitz, and in the case of a sailor, a storm coming.

Why do most developers code at night?

I am not a developer.
I have some doubts about the developers.

Why do most developers code at night? ( Is this true ? )

How many hours a day and when do you sleep?

Have you ever hated your code job?

Will there be a job crisis in the IT company?

And how do you spend your Holliday/Vacation?

And I heard that most developers learn code in other ways than they do in college. Is this also true? I can not believe it!

A suspicion for a long time about Time-Travel?

I have had a suspicion for a long time🤔? Please HELP me.

If an object goes much faster than light it will go to the past.

I now have a picture for example.

It has ball-A in the center and ball-B Circling it. Assume that ball-B is orbiting ball-A fast at a very large interval.

In which the large ball-A in the middle passes from the center faster, i.e. faster than light.

Now that ball-A travels past the same speed, but it goes straight without changing direction.

Then that little ball-B comes straight to ball-A.

Now the question is! 💭

Now ball-A travels past, past ball-B is not in the opposite direction, only then comes closer. (This is the past tense of Ball-A)

But in real-time, the ball-A collides directly with the ball-B
Is coming (this is the present tense event of ball-B)

Now, will ball-A collide with ball-B?

What is the past like in such a conflict?
