Hi everyone,

Our team has recently transitioned from Vynt to Novatech, and I’m now working as the Hiring Manager as we continue growing our team.

We’re currently accepting applications for three remote, full-time positions:

*1. Full-Stack Developer
*
Strong written and spoken English communication is the most important requirement for this role. Developers will communicate regularly with international clients and teammates, participate in meetings, explain technical ideas, provide progress updates, and ask clear questions when needed.

We’re open to junior and mid-level developers with practical programming experience. You do not need to know every framework or technology, but you should have a good programming foundation, be willing to learn, and be able to communicate confidently and professionally in English.

*2. Interview Coordinator

This role focuses on coordinating interviews, managing candidate résumés and application records, communicating schedule updates, and supporting a smooth hiring process. Strong organization, professional written communication, attention to detail, and fast real-time team communication are important.

*3. Business Account Support Specialist
*
This role involves responding to account and service inquiries, maintaining accurate client records, resolving routine concerns, and escalating complex issues when necessary. We’re looking for someone who is professional, dependable, organized, and responsive during working hours.
