      <description>&lt;p&gt;Hi Everyone &lt;br&gt;
I have downloaded a few react project from github for study purpose. When I run the project with the command npm start I got this error message : "Something is already running on port 3000". &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Now I if I restart the PC then I can run the project again. How can I run the projects without restarting the PC ? What's the solution ?  &lt;/p&gt;

I am new to Javascript and React. I was wondering if there is any way I can download some open source projects written in React JS from Github and run it in my computer with the help of Visual Studio code.I was thinking to study the source code so that I can learn React. &lt;br&gt;
I found some projects in Github but not sure how I can download the source code and run it .&lt;br&gt;
Is there any step by step guideline? Can anyone help? &lt;/p&gt;
