I should have listed some of the stuff that I already have.
M1 MacBook Air.
2018 Mac Mini.
AMD Ryzen build running Linux Mint.
Three monitors (I think one big one would be better though).
A sit/stand desk.
An office chair that could use replacing.
A Ducky One 2 tkl keyboard.

Where are some good places to find website templates?

I normally write them from scratch but I’d like to build a few more quickly.

I've read maybe only about 40%.
My favourite is probably the Illustrated Guide To Python 3.
I like that Effective JavaScript and Effective Python have syntax highlighting. It makes it easier to read.
Both JavaScript & JQuery, and HTML & CSS are beautiful books.

Hit F2 with your cursor on the word to rename a variable, function, etc.
Most editors have this feature.
