I’ve been working on StartupKit, a platform for handling a lot of the operational stuff that comes with running a startup.

The idea came from seeing how quickly you end up with separate tools for hiring, interviews, security, employee training, outreach, etc.

Instead of building another tool for just one of those things, I wanted to see if I could put the core workflows into one product.

Right now StartupKit includes:

candidate tracking and hiring pipelines
interview scheduling
security disclosure and bounty management
employee security training and records
prospect research and outreach
Slack, GitHub, Google Calendar and Google Meet integrations
MCP integration with ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and other clients
190+ actions available through MCP

I spent quite a bit of time on the MCP side. The idea is that you shouldn't always have to open the dashboard to get something done. You can connect StartupKit to the AI tool you're already using and work with the data from there.

I just launched it and I'm at the stage where feedback is much more useful than adding another 20 features.

If you run a small team, I’d be interested to know which parts you’d actually use and which ones you wouldn’t care about.
