Hi everyone! the purpose of this post is because I have a question about kotlin and java, recently I had a interview about deep tech in java and kotlin, as threads, co-routines and almost how java and kotlin works, so, please, someone can recomend me a book, online course or posts or all of that to be a "expert" in those programing languajes in android?, I really love to do apps but if I just know the superficial concepts to do good apps I never know about how to handle deep problems in memory, garbage, threads, synchronized, etc.

I hope someone can recomend me something.
Thanks!

The awesome gift just arrived! 🔥

The open-source community is the most incredible I have known since I started as a software developer, Thanks to all the people who make it possible! (also Vonage, Intel Corporation, Mattermost ) I highly recommend that you become part of this great community. (Finger heart ❤️ 😆)

The best event ever!

 My first time

On August 12 I was a programmer who did not know about GIT, but I saw that I needed to learn GIT, so I started learning it on Youtube, then (maybe destiny) on my facebook this event appears as an angel! I was excited to get in! so I did, even knowing that I was a beginner in this world but I was not afraid.

 Background

So, using the "first steps" of hacktoberfest I understood how it works, so let's get to work! I found a lot of open source projects here goodfirstissues and started asking for tasks, a bit simple but they were tasks.

 Progress

I'm at finish state of my progress, but my open source contributions will nerver end! I fell in love about GIT and all the comunity in DEV and Github (how I was so blid to not seen?!),
my way was calm and at my own pace and task by task I finish!

 Contributions

My contributions are:

Added a data structure linear search

Searches within an xml file to find information

Quick Sort in java!

Added my name in a new group of contributors (thanks to my tasks I entered in C0D1NG )

I choose "simple" tasks because I enjoy to do algoritms and how is said in my country "Por algo se empieza" (Starts with something).

 Reflections

I love this event and I will do it again my new connections as C0D1NG community is very interisting and nicely! and now I'm looking for a open source project of an android application (because I develop native applications for android) I hope to find it.

Thanks to the entire Hacktoberfest community, DEV and github, you are all part of the "cause" that I love to code for! I keep reading all the interesting posts, so see you around here!
