MathJax support on posts

Hi people, newcomer here...

I was trying to bring my posts from my blog to here and noticed that my math formulaes didn't show as expected.
I was wondering if there is MathJax support at all...
The editor guide points to a markdown cheatsheet which made me believe it does support MathJax.

Well my doubts are:

Does dev.to support mathematical formulae on posts?

Am I allowed to post in my native language or I am limited to english?

Thanks in advance...

PS: I am not a native english speaker, so have patience please.
