You don't have to pick an AI model anymore

Every few weeks, a new "best" AI model lands. And in thousands of companies, the same small meeting happens: do we switch?

Someone read the benchmarks. Someone else already built around last month's winner. Nobody wants to re-architect everything for a lead that might not survive the quarter.

We had that meeting too. Then we stopped having it.

Any single model is a temporary bet

Pick a model today and you've made a bet. The bet has a shelf life — a few weeks, maybe a couple of months — and then a better one shows up and the meeting comes back.

You can keep chasing the leaderboard. Most teams do. It's expensive, it's slow, and it means the thing you built is always one release behind.

The other option is to stop betting.

Use all of them. Route each task to the right one.

That's what FinCraftly does. Your work runs across every major model — Claude, GPT, Gemini, and whatever lands next — and each task goes to the model that's actually best for it.

The expensive, heavy models do the work that needs them. The fast, cheap ones handle everything else. You're not paying frontier prices for a job a small model does just as well, and you're not sending hard work to a model that fumbles it.

You don't pick. And when a new model shows up next month, the one behind any of your AI employees can be swapped or upgraded without you noticing anything changed.

 Not one AI. A workforce.

One assistant is still one thing you have to sit and drive. FinCraftly is a workforce of AI employees, working in parallel across your departments — sales, finance, mail, ops — from one place. Your projects, your context, your tools, and the ones doing the work all live in the same room.

Ten of them moving at once beats one of them moving fast.

Here's 43 seconds of it:

The layer that makes all your AI work together

That's the whole idea. Not another model. Not another chatbot. The layer that sits over all of them and makes them work as one team.

We're early, we're still shaping it, and we're opening the first 100 founding workspaces to teams who want to be inside while it's built.

If that's you → fincraftly.com
