For the past few years my work has consisted of mostly developing and creating ERPs, starting from when I was an intern all the way to my current Full Time job. And honestly at some point it gets too repetitive and because of that I've been looking at other career opportunities in other IT / Tech related fields.</p> <p>I've honestly been interested in Web3, crypto, and blockchain's technology in general for quite sometime, it's just that whenever I try to actually learn something about it (from the technical side) via searching in Youtube/Google/Main Search Platforms all that shows up is people talking about crypto but in the context of investment / trading.</p> <p>For those who are reading this, do you have any suggestions on where I could start? I have so many questions like how do people actually start transitioning from a Web2 to Web3? What does the developer's roadmap usually look like in Web3? What platforms / communities people go to for discussions and sharing their Web3 creations? How do people find their careers / jobs in Web3? etc. Any thoughts / suggestions would help🤍</p> career webdev discuss web3
