Ever tired of tailoring your resume?

I just spent the last few months applying to internships. Every resume I generated with Claude came back sounding the same: em dashes, "I am excited to," buzzwords, and generic hooks. Recruiters pattern-match that stuff instantly and move on.

So I built a Claude skill that stops that.
Resume-tailor is a skill for agents that tailors resumes, cover letters, and interview prep to any job posting in under 10 minutes. It's built around three rules:
Evidence over adjectives (no "passionate," no "dynamic")
Signal over length (every sentence answers "why does this matter for this role?")
Tailored, never templated (a unique hook for each company)

Made with AI, for AI. MIT licensed. Open source. Fork it, improve it, ship it.

GitHub: https://lnkd.in/eGfHPwbi
If you've ever stared at a cover letter thinking "this sounds like every other one," this is for you.
