Being busy is not the same as being productive.

One of the most valuable lessons I've learned:

Being busy is not the same as being productive.

Many people spend their days answering messages, attending meetings, and switching between tasks.

At the end of the day, they're exhausted.

But they haven't moved any closer to their goals.

Productivity is not about doing more things.

It's about doing the right things consistently.

Before starting your day, ask yourself:

"What is the one task that will create the most value today?"

Do that first.

Everything else is secondary.

Small actions, repeated consistently, often create bigger results than bursts of motivation.

Most people are using AI the wrong way

The biggest productivity mistake people make with AI?

Using it to do the work instead of helping them think.

Many people ask AI for answers.

A better approach is to ask AI for:
• Different perspectives
• Better questions
• Alternative solutions
• Feedback on your ideas

The quality of your results is often limited by the quality of your thinking.

AI can generate answers in seconds.

But learning how to ask better questions is a skill that will create value for years.

Don't just use AI to work faster.

Use it to think better.
