      <description>&lt;p&gt;I use Codex heavily, and after enough compactions I started noticing the same pattern: the model would forget things, get confused, and I’d spend time repeating context or going in circles.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;That’s why I built FreshThread, a small Windows tool that tracks session health and helps move the important context into a fresh session.&lt;/p&gt;
