Building Pig365: How an Elementary Student Built a Web Ecosystem and Explores Dual-Root IDN Architecture

Hi everyone! 👋

I wanted to share a proud parent / tech practitioner moment. My elementary school child has completely and independently designed, built, and deployed a full-stack web application ecosystem called Pig365, featuring modular web components (
SS
,
WW
, and
Ue
).

To take this hands-on learning journey further, we are setting up a dual-root domain lab architecture:

pig365.pro
(Primary ASCII Root Domain for Web Apps & Component Services)

xn--79q800ft3ra.pro
(
豬豬出版.pro
- IDN / Punycode Root Domain for Content & Publishing Showcase)

 🛠️ What is being built/tested:

Punycode & IDN Translation: Configuring
豬豬出版.pro
↔
xn--79q800ft3ra.pro
at the DNS level.

Canonical 301 Redirection: Seamlessly routing traffic from the localized publishing brand to primary web app endpoints.

Multi-Domain SSL/TLS & Edge Routing: Managing subdomains (
SS
,
WW
,
Ue
) via Cloudflare.

Due to local payment gateway restrictions for non-commercial educational projects, we posted a sponsorship request on GitHub Education Discussions (#210451) for domain acquisition/push via Cloudflare.

We’d love for the community to check out the repo, star the project, or share any feedback on the Web/DNS architecture!

GitHub Discussion: https://github.orgs/community/discussions/210451

Thanks for encouraging young developers in open source! ⚡
