      <description>&lt;p&gt;Currently in a training course provided by WozU and am having a hard time finding answers. They are continually providing code samples without explaining their inner workings. I need some help understanding the way React communicates with the back end. Currently using VScode for the front end and spring boot for the back end.&lt;/p&gt;
