What is Git?
Git is a distributed version control system that helps developers track changes in their code and collaborate on projects.

What is GitHub?
GitHub is a code hosting platform that allows developers to collaborate on projects, manage their code, and track changes. It uses Git, a version control system, to provide a range of features that facilitate software development.

STEPS INVOLVED IN PUSHING LOCAL ENVIRONMENT TO GIHUB:

Step 1: Go to your browser, search for Git Bash, download Git, and install it.

Step 2: In Git, configure the environment with your name and email, then press Enter to make sure its successfully done. The required commands are shown in the diagram below.

NOTE: There should be a single space when typing the commands.

Step 3: Create a directory to store the project files. Give it a name of your choice. The command is shown in the diagram below.

Step 4: Accessing and initializing the new created directory.

Step 5: Create a file inside the directory using the touch command.

Step 6: Go to your browser, visit https://github.com/, and create a GitHub account.

Step 7: On the GitHub Dashboard, click the + sign, then select New repository from the drop-down menu.

Step 8: Enter the required details (name, description, license etc.), then click Create repository.

Step 9: After creating the repository, click the Code button, copy the HTTP address from the drop-down menu, and paste it into Git Bash.

Step 9: To clone the GitHub repository to your local environment, go to Git Bash and paste the copied HTTP address.

Do you have trouble with Azure IoT Hub?
Here's a simple guide to help you set it up if you're new to IoT Hub, let's start with a quick introduction.

What is Internet of Things(IoT)?
The Internet of Things (IoT) refers to a network of physical devices, vehicles, appliances, and other objects embedded with sensors, software, and network connectivity. These devices, often called “smart objects,” can collect and share data with each other and with other internet-enabled devices.

What is Azure IoT Hub?
This is a cloud service from Microsoft that connects, monitors, and manages IoT (Internet of Things) devices. It helps you securely communicate with and control IoT devices, collect data, and integrate with other Azure services.

Steps involved in setting up an IoT Hub in Azure:

Step 1: Sign in to azure portal at https://portal.azure.com/ with your details.

Step 2: In the Search box, type IoT and select IoT Hub from the services suggestions.

Step 3: On the IoT Hub page, press Create.

Step 4: Fill the basic details, then click Review $ Create with the default settings and await deployment.

Step 5: Once deployment is complete, click Go to resource to view your new IoT Hub.

NOTE: The newly created IoT Hub has no connected devices, so all information and messages will be empty(0).

Step 6: From the Overview menu, select Device management dropdown and choose Devices and then choose Add device to create one.

Step 7: Enter the device ID and save.

Step 8: Click on the added IoT device, note the primary connection string copy it.

Step 9: Search for Azure Raspberry Pi simulator in your browser and click on the Raspberry Pi Azure IoT simulator option.

What is a Virtual Machine? A virtual machine (VM) is a software-based computer that runs on either a physical host machine or a cloud provider’s server.

Here are the steps to create a Virtual Machine in Azure:

Step 1: Log in to Azure Portal.
The URL is "portal.azure.com", login with your username and password to start creating resources.

Step 2: In the search resources, services docs field, type virtual machines.
