In childhood, people asked us…
“How many marks did you get?”
“What’s your percentage?”

Now in adulthood, the questions changed… but the obsession with numbers stayed the same.

“What’s your package?”
“How much do you earn per annum?”
“What’s your salary?”

No one asks:
How many sleepless nights did you survive?
How many times did you fail and still continue?
How much hard work, dedication, sacrifice, and patience did it take to reach there?

Today, numbers define people.
2 LPA? Society gives you 2 stars.
10 LPA? Suddenly you become a 5-star person.

Your value is measured by numbers, not by your journey.
But behind every “package” is a story nobody sees —
the stress, the learning, the rejection, the consistency, and the silent battles.

Respect the journey, not just the number.
