Hello everyone,,
already knowledge about CSS and HTML but never done something similar to a dashboard, I want to know how do I proceed and where do I begin to code this interface. Should I divise the screen to two column or use bootstrap or something else ? Thank you. https://mobdro.bio/ https://luckypatcher.tips/ https://kodi.bio/

I want it to be responsibe like the mobile interface I added.

Maximize vertical Sidebar

Hello everyone,,
I have a basic layout that mostly works using divs.

A header, a navigation bar, a content box, a footer, all stacked on each other.https://showbox.bio/ https://tutuapp.uno/ https://vidmate.vet/

Within the content box, I have a side bar on the left and main content on the right.

The navigation, footer, and sidebar all use a dark color background.

My question is, I want the left side bar (call it leftcolumn), to span from the navigation bar at the top to the footer at the bottom, so they visually look connected, reguardless of the length of the content in the side bar and the content box.

I tried a few things (height: 100%, some clear options, but nothing seems to work. I feel like there is an obvious property here to use that I am missing.

I have a project idea, need a little advice.

Hello everyone,,
I am looking for project ideas to learn how to really apply what I’m learning. I am following theodinproject right now at home and having something separate to work on at work in my free time would help me cement a bit of my learning.

My idea is to create an ikea catalogue type of assembly procedure. A home screen that tells about what I am constructed in. A navbar that has say 8 sections each opening in a new tab or completely changing the page I am on and each page having a image larger than the rest of what is being assembled and beside it hardware parts and steps etc. maybe small boxes and lines showing what goes where or possibly room for sketches. Also I don’t know how to go about showing friends, posting online somehow using a flash drive etc. I don’t have to actually put words just filler text and photos are fine with me.
https://reversephonelookup.onl/ https://curated.onl/nba-reddit/ https://pcbuilder.onl/pcpartpicker/
Is this something doable for a beginner? Will this require more than I would even use for full stack? Would this be a huge waste of time or potentially help me learn?

Hello everyone,,
I learned CSS when I was younger on Neopets and remember most of it, but I don't quite know what calls everything/how attributes are named. Is there some sort of guide floating around the interwebz or is it going to be a trial and error thing for me??? https://openweb.vip/whatsapp-web/ https://19216801.onl/ https://routerlogin.uno/

Hello everyone,,
To begin with, there are so many js frameworks out there that's enough to intimidate a newbie who wants to learn "just javascript". Things in js world change so fast that we can barely keep up. I'm so thankful that I got a job as a python developer. But, when i was searching for jobs, I spent time learning reactjs. Then, I realized not everything can be done through react easily. So, I transitioned to angularjs. I had to learn nodejs and typescript too. This was back in 2017. Now, I look back through my udemy courses and a major portion of reactjs have got updated and there's again a learning curve.
https://trackeasy.fun/usps/ https://showbox.tools/

Why is this ? Or is it me who's making a big deal out of this. If so, how do javascript developer keep up with things changing so fast?

Please give me your feedbacks

Is there a way in CSS to enable Chrome's "Print Background Graphics" option ?

Hello everyone,,
I have a page with table borders on it. When I go to print the page, the borders don't show up.
https://speedtest.vet/ https://vidmate.bid/
This is because "Print Background Graphics" option is not enabled by default in Chrome. If I turn this on, the borders appear in the print preview and print OK.

Is there a way in the body of the html to include a command to turn on the option to Print Background Graphics?

Question about Node.js and scraping websites

Hello everyone,,
I am trying to learn Node.js through Udemy courses and wanted to attempt a project.

My end goal would be to scrape historical sports scores from 2 different websites, store it into a database, and be able to view the data all in one app. Each website will require their own login.
https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/ https://acc.onl/hotmail
Can someone outline or guide me on how you would approach this?

If the website does not have an API for me to work with, can I still scrape the website?

Are there specific libraries you would recommend I look into?

Learning Frontend as a Backend dev

Hello everyone,,
I thought I'd pull the community for tips on learning Frontend development.
https://snaptube.cam/ https://syncnet.onl/telegram-web/ https://9apps.cam/
I've been writing backend software in various forms for many, many years now. Even so, Frontwnd feels magical and scary.

It's definitely a skill I'm missing, but I wouldn't know where to start now.

Has anyone done this particular journey? Any tips????
