&lt;p&gt;I want you to: 1. &lt;strong&gt;Search Task&lt;/strong&gt; * Go to &lt;a href="https://www.google.com" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;google.com&lt;/a&gt; and search for &lt;strong&gt;houses for sale in the Auckland region, New Zealand&lt;/strong&gt;. * Apply the following filters: * Price: &lt;strong&gt;Under NZD \$700,000&lt;/strong&gt; * Bedrooms: &lt;strong&gt;At least 3 bedrooms&lt;/strong&gt; * Area: Must be in a &lt;strong&gt;safe neighbourhood&lt;/strong&gt; * Preference for properties: * Close to &lt;strong&gt;Auckland CBD&lt;/strong&gt; * Near &lt;strong&gt;public transport&lt;/strong&gt; * &lt;strong&gt;Good potential for price appreciation&lt;/strong&gt; in the future * Suitable for &lt;strong&gt;long-term living&lt;/strong&gt; 2. &lt;strong&gt;Extract &amp;amp; Record Data&lt;/strong&gt; For each matching property, extract and record the following details into a &lt;strong&gt;Google Sheet&lt;/strong&gt;: * Property address * Price * Number of bedrooms * Property description * Safety indicators (if available) * Proximity to CBD and public transport * Any information about market growth potential * Listing URL 3. &lt;strong&gt;Open Home Automation&lt;/strong&gt; * If the property has any &lt;strong&gt;open home&lt;/strong&gt; scheduled: * Add the open home event to &lt;strong&gt;Google Calendar&lt;/strong&gt; with: * Property address * Date and time of the open home * Link to the listing 4. &lt;strong&gt;Slack Notification&lt;/strong&gt; * Check Google Calendar daily. * For each open home scheduled for &lt;strong&gt;the next day&lt;/strong&gt;, send a &lt;strong&gt;reminder message in Slack&lt;/strong&gt; with: * Property address * Open home date and time * Link to listing * Any special notes&lt;/p&gt;

As a developer who's always looking for the next exciting project, I thought, "Why not build something that actually helps people while showcasing what AI can do?"&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;That's how my &lt;strong&gt;AWS Trivia Game&lt;/strong&gt; adventure began. What started as a simple idea turned into a journey that completely changed how I think about AI-assisted development.&lt;/p&gt;
